Cold eggs and sausage Shower was poor. Would take your skin off. Ice machine machines were not working.

Cleaning staff starts early and in full force, knocking on doors before checking with front desk to see if room has checked out yet. This is my second stay where this has happened. Breakfast seating is small - could use more tables - needs expansion.

The Hotel is always clean, well maintained, quality linens and furniture with Pleasant Staff.We always opt to stay here and are never disappointed. This is the best hotel to stay in the Alliance NE area.

The breakfast was awesome. Nice variety and plenty to eat. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

The mattress was a little too firm. And the noise if the rail yard was sometimes loud but to be expected in a railroad town.

Rate was higher than what we usually pay for 3 or 4 star but that's almost comparing apples to oranges due to location.

Breakfast was good. We had a cracked toilet ring and they fixed it pronto!

room 116, the neighboring light at night is BRIGHT! LOL Closed curtains of course solves that but would interuppt your sleep if you didn't close curtains.

Rooms were comfortable and clean just had a problem with their cable (not their fault) we were there for a carshow, several of us traveled here from a couple hundred miles away with our classic cars the parking lot was well lit, so didn’t feel anxious about leaving it sit overnight , breakfast was always delicious and hot and ready for our early mornings.

The location was great because it was in close proximity to family. The breakfast was nice and hot and the swimming pool and hot tub were clean.

The room didn't stay as cool as we like when we sleep.

We got there late for our booking by several hours and they were still able to help us get in, rooms were as clean as a frequently used hotel room could be, pool and hot tub were functional and warm during the winter months, breakfast was awesome, and they had a couple good TV channels too. Staff was so nice, quiet halls. 9/10 stay for sure.

I have stayed at this hotel off and on through the years. It's nice to see they are keeping it in very good shape.

The tank on the toilet would lose about an inch of water every four or five minutes through the night. I didn't want to call maintenance in the middle of the night. It's strange that cleaning personnel didn't notice the problem while cleaning.

Great Place to stay in Western Nebraska. The staff is always friendly from the front desk, general manager and maid services. We always stay here and are always quite happy.If you are traveling through Alliance Nebraska this is the place to stay.

A kids baseball team(s) were staying there and it was very noisy in the room just above us. Kids were jumping off the bed until very late and at night and then started again in the morning! Why don't they put teams in first-floor rooms???
