Cons -
- We specifically booked and paid for a 2-bedroom king suite, but what we were given was a single room with two double beds. The online listing was misleading and not accurate to what we received. When we brought this up to the front desk around 11 PM, the staff was not helpful and made no effort to resolve the issue or offer any alternatives. The beds were small and uncomfortable, and the room overall was not what we wanted or what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.
