Area to hang out with friends when the kids go to bed!

Too much chlorine in pool. Kids were covered in red rashes and were coughing throughout the night.

Very nice room , hotel convenient off highway , very good breakfast with lots of choices , nice pool , hot tub , fitness center , outdoor courtyard with amenities was very nice

Front desk staff was very sloppy , checking in and checking out , no employee ever stood up from the chair to help you , even making you wait to be served till they were done on their phone ( took 5 min to be acknowledged) .

Dishes were not cleaned in the galley kitchen cabinet. 2 coffee cups still had old coffee residue and fork had old egg on it

the gal that ck'd us into the hotel. the buffet breakfast was vast. we saw the gal working it, once during our meal. we feel it could use more attention than that.

the gal that ck'd us out was quite glib & tried to make excuses for the maid when we reported a previous GUEST had used the bathroom to smoke. the towels smelled as if ashtrays & we had to use the exhaust fan in an attempt to alleviate the odor.

Room could us updating - furniture/cabinets worn and needed repair

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty pillow with stains, couch was soiled. Changed rooms and that one smelled of cigarette smoke.

The lady checking me in was really sweet and put us in a quiet area of the hotel. The room was also very clean and very nice!

There was young woman who was left at the front desk to manage guests by herself, by an absentee manager. She really worked hard to help us, even though this was the worst check-in experience of my life.

Paid $---+ for room. Lock on room broken and took over an hour to get checked in late night. Had too let us in w/master key and said, "just don't lock yourself out!" Prior guests clothes in closet. Missing towels. Much more to list...

Poor customer service, dirty rooms and public areas including pool. I stayed 6 days and room was not cleaned once even though I made multiple requests.

The room layout was uncomfortable. Light from the bathroom and sink shined brightly on the bed making any nighttime trips disturbing die a person sleeping. The air conditioner blew directly on anyone sitting on the couch. The TV had limited range of motio

The staff at check in was great. Staff at checkout was very unprofessional. Called front desk to inquire about breakfast time, he was very rude and gave us incorrect information. When informed about it, he did not apologize or show any care.

Large king room. Full fridge. Nice staff. Pool, pet friendly, nice lounge area to eat comp breakfast, which a was decent selection.

kitchen area had spills inside the fridge, outside of the mic and fridge were dirty.. The wifi is only offered at faster speeds if you sign in and give address info!? Tv said had Chromcast but didn¿t work. Limited tv

I like the layout of the room. Having a desk I can use that faces into the rest of the room is great. Love the walk in showers and ceiling fan too.

Front desk help  was exceptional. Once we were settled, he checked via text to make sure everything was satisfactory. Spacious room. Everything just right. Good breakfast selection also. Definitely stay there again!

It was convenient to the dome. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were spacious. It was great having a full size fridge/freezer and a microwave. The staff were exceptional!!!

We always stay here when in Fargo. Love the location and the in room kitchen option. The size and layout of the room are great. The amenities are good too.

Recent visits room/hotel have not been as clean as usual. Hallways don't seem to be cleaned/vacuumed at all (food crumbs/stains/misc.trash). Our refrigerator had significant spill stains under glass on top of drawers. Covid staff impacts? But still.....
