Pros +
- It was nice, but minimalist style translated to spartan felt like spending the evening in an Ikea store.
- The building was clean. We were greeted warmly by the front desk person. It seems a small company could host some training there. If an extended family group needed a place to rent a few rooms. There is a nice open areas to sit and chat.
- Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Room amenities were great (decent sized fridge, microwave, sink, actual plates/cups). Appreciated a focus towards energy efficiency (could always go further!) Towels were nice.
Cons -
- Just not much style or flair. Parking was a mess. Hotel was mess I think they were doing repairs. Goofy EV stations and low emissions parking spaces should be placed in back of hotel so they can sit empty instead of sitting in prime parking spaces.
- The walls are extremely thin. Our neighbors was a snorer. We could hear them ALL night long. At breakfast they had a French toast station- the staff were sitting chatting with each other verse interacting with the guest.
- Nothing - would gladly stay here repeatedly. Shame on the folks parking their huge SUV/trucks in the spots marked for energy efficient vehicles. Hallway carpet was ready for shampooing.

Clean, easy in-out. Good breakfast.
I love the salt water pool and hot tub! Nice breakfast.
The location was the best. Staff was helpful
Breakfast was O.K. Was better when I was the 2 years ago.
Pros: The reception staff exceptionally polite and helpful. The room¿s layout, appliances, and furniture were designed nicely. The hotel¿s main common area and exterior are kept in good appearance. Didn¿t use the free breakfast but the kids said it was OK
Management neglects the property; rooms and hallways are in dire need of an upgrade and repair. Some outlets did not work in the room. Wi-fi was so slow, my phone¿s hotspot was faster and the NIC on the desk phone was dead. Pool janitor was rude.
I like the modern look and feel of the hotel. I have stayed here many times.
The electric outlets in the bathroom were not working, and it made it challenging for my girlfriend to get ready in the morning.
Unique room layout. Great breakfast with lots of variety.
Large group of parents of hockey players filled the entire commons area, drinking/eating throughout the afternoon and evening. Players in 10-12yr age, and took over the main TV in the area, playing video games, & running through the hallways unsupervised.
It is a nice, modern hotel, in a convenient location. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are accommodating.
Our room was in the middle of a hall full of families in town for a hockey tournament. Noise at all hours; kids playing hockey in the halls, doors being slammed, loud voices at all hours. Wished we had been given a different room. Breakfast was meh.
Location food was good staff was nice
No carpet in room entry so we all tramped in snow from boots and was a mess to walk around with socks on Hot tub too hot and dirty and jets were too low
Clean, new, pool & outdoor seating
Loved it all
Smoker in the next room bathroom used the auto vent fan to keep it out of their room, unfortunately I think it had a common duct with our room so when we got back one evening our room smelled like an ashtray.Staff gave new room but notat conveniant time.
Very comfortable and quiet for a good nights rest. We heard no stair stomping , elevator chatter, bar fights or traffic for a change!
The hotel is so clean & modern, smells nice. The pool is nice.Quiet nice rest even though hotel was busy.
The room we were in the carpet was coming out, should be fixed. Also some spots on walls that could just be washed but were missed
very clean,, very modern.
my only complaint is that they did not have any double bed, bedrooms available. staying with 2 young kids all in the same bed was a bit tight.
I stay here all the time when I am in Fargo which is quite a bit and its always wonderful.
Staff was awesome
No complaints
Very friendly staff!
Parking was tight
