- The man working at the reception desk was very welcoming and professional.

- The low toilet. There was a large spider on the wall of the room in the morning.
- The staff was unresponsive. We had to use the desk phone to call someone up front to register, and to order coffee be perked for breakfast. Everything at breakfast was cold with no way to warm it and the coffee pot was empty.
- Everything! Stale food to eat. Staff yelling and customer for demanding for eggs to be put out for breakfast. No elevator to go to second floor. I had to be dragging bags up the stairs. gym equipments are so weak making all kind of noice.

The bed was very comfortable.
The sink did not drain. There was a horrible ring in the bathtub. 2 dirty washcloths were on top of the shower curtain when we arrived. Bottom sheet did not stay in place on the bed.
The beds were comfy the breakfast was good and the cleanliness was perfect would definitely stay again
Great on/off interstate location, large packing area(even for semis),friendly staff,breakfast included too! AAA+++
Would be nice to have the exercise and laundry room separate,but I guess you can keep an eye on your laundry while you get your workout in!
Nice location. Conveniently located near gas station and interstate.
Had a king suite, but the hot tub in the room didn't work. Found dirty cup under bed, description says there is a longe, but there really isn't one ( just 3 bar stools).
Very nice and well kept. Breakfast was great! They even had a shack in the back to clean our ducks!
The tv channels weren't the best but we weren't there to watch tv
room wasn't clean
Was a bit questionable that the toilet paper was empty and I had to go ask for a roll
