Extended Stay America Suites - Minot

Very polite helpful staff. I enjoyed the quietness regardless of the hour. The bed was comfortable.

If I have to point out anything negative it would be minor things like not having an ice machine. The other complaint would be nice coffee pot in the room although they will provide you with one you will need to have your own coffee. Free coffee in lobby.

Large spacious room with refrigerator and cooking amenities.

Only a poorly working coffee machine and snack bars for breakfast.

Staff were polite

Room was dirty, smelled like urine. Told the staff, they were apologetic but did nothing to rectify the problem.

The hotel was closer to home than I expected, which was very nice. The staff at check in was super friendly and nice. The rooms are unbelievably clean.

Overall it¿s a very nice hotel. I would¿ve liked to have a hot breakfast. Also there are no jacuzzi rooms and that¿s kind of what I was looking for, but the room prices are a definite deal.

This hotel is Centrally located. Not a bad room. Breakfast was great and a lot of variety for the guests. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Awesome job to the staff

They will only change out your towels and wash clothes every third day. That is ridiculous. The front desk manager needs to learn how to talk to customers. We are the ones that keep his hotel operating and him in a job. Be kind there are a lot of choices.

Clean, nice suite that we got.

The breakfast bar was almost nonexistent. Coffee (weak), a few granola bars and a few instant oatmeal packages.

Clean and well kept. We were upgraded to a suite. Would be perfect for a long stay

Only a grab and go breakfast. Would prefer something more..But the price was right.

Comfortable bed and amazing staff who were very helpful

Sofas and carpet old and stained. However you could tell the staff had cleaned the room well. The staff are not responsible for the age and wear on the sofà and carpet. Oh

Nice room. Clean. Friendly staff.

65 bucks for incidentals which was my room rate was a shocker. That gets laid on you when you arrive. However the next morning the manager stated that it isn't charged anymore.

Stayed there many times. Had great memories of this hotel

Starting to show its age. No hot water in the rooms bathroom sink

The Location was great. It was off of the main highway so that you could get a good night's rest. There was plenty of parking so that you could get into and out of your car. The staff was great in the fact they were willing to accommodate you.

When I went to check in the hotel room was not cleaned from the occupant prior to me checking in. The bed was not maid. It was horrible. I went back to the front desk to get another room and they said they had no more rooms.

The staff!

The room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and chemicals, 2 of us woke up in the middle of the night with bloody noses from it and another hives from the bedding.

Comfortable Bed, lots of Room!

Location on Apple Maps is incorrect.

DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! It¿s not safe, I experienced a security violation, its filthy and not maintained as items such as coffee table, chair, blinds were falling apart and beyond well-worn. The staff was not helpful and condescending at best.

Security violation as someone tried to enter my room at 2am bc the front desk had rented it out even though I was occupying the room. I initially had to change rooms due to plumbing being strewn across bathroom in first room. Overall filthy property.

The big walk in closet and the room, the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was great location, easy to get in and out. The exterior of the hotel looks brand new.

The exterior of the hotel looks brand new once you get inside it is another story, it is well used, the room we were in was the farthest corner away the could put us with a door that was broken (had to use a key not a swipe card) and they weren't sold out

Beer bottle caps left on floor when I checked in. Carpet was stained and dirty. Room had an odor. No room service. Will never stay there again.

Felt like a B and B style more like hime

Wish bar was open later a little bigger and had a better selection

The front desk staff were so friendly. We had our choice of a complimentary drink at the little bar by the lobby. How great is that! We took our drinks and relaxed on the outdoor patio by the fire pit. The rooms are all suites. Very clean and comfortable

Friendly staff, and great accommodations. 24 hour access to coffee was a great benefit.
