The breakfasts was very fresh and tastey

The carpets needed to be vacuum in the elevator and elevato

Clean and the staff was great

No curtains the light from the outside came directly through all night

Booked a king room. Was given a room with two queens instead. When I asked for the king I was told there were none cleaned available. The first room had zero water pressure. Maintenance wasn?t available to fix switched rooms. Still queens.

I could tell the hotel was really nice in its prime. The location is great but a bit more TLC would do wonders.

The hotel overall could use some extra attention. The little things could go a long way to improving the rating. Room numbers/wall placards were replaced and damaged all the wallpaper beneath.?dead bugs were piled in the flush mount on the ceiling.?

Hotel was clean and good location

the TV was very disappointing, we could only get 3 channels, and NO local channels at all in our room, reported it and staff could not figure it out, the Person who checked us out was very rude about it.

Room was good sized, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Had a good breakfast with plenty of options. Close to a lot of different things to do.

Pool was closed. Fitness room was very warm & could not locate a remote for the TV.

The lighting in the room was horrible. The desk lamp was dim at best which created a problem when trying to communicate with someone with hearing loss.

Spacious, clean comfortable room, helpful,friendly staff. Excellent breakfast

The location is close to anything you might need. Staff was friendly, especially the evening help.

Only complaint, and very minor, there was no decaffeinated coffee at breakfast. LOL

Front desk constantly had to use the master key to let us in our room. Hot tub needs remodeling.

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast and the front desk manager was great to deal with.

The room and the hotel in general were extremely clean, the location was central to Minot, and it wasn't very busy.

A few members of the staff weren't very helpful and were overly talkative, holding me up at the desk several times. They also attempted to put several holds on my credit card at like 2am that woke me up a couple of different of times, this wasn't good.

The gal that checked me in was very pleasant and friendly. The gentleman who cleaned the breakfast area was very nice. He too was friendly and left the dining room spic and span! It was my first time at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay .

Very clean. Quiet. Nice breakfast area. The desk clerk was very pleasant.

I am sure this is due to staff shortages everywhere that it took a while for the desk clerk to appear. No bell to alert the person. I had to give a couple of shout-outs.

I was moving on military orders and got stuck in Baltimore and didn¿t make it to Minot for three more days, but was still charged for the room.

Room was good size, good location

They checked us in when room wasn¿t ready, came back and room still wasn¿t ready they still had tools in the room and things still not fixed. No towels, no blankets, water pressure was terrible. The price did not justify the overall experience.

Nothing other than the location.

Bed was unmade, bugs in shower, drawers missing from dresser, broken coffee maker, bad smell. I immediately left and did not stay at this hotel. No refund. Extremely unhappy.

Room was very clean and updated. Bed was king size and comfortable. Price was very good!

Upon check in staff wore mask but next morning no masks were worn even when getting things in dining area! Very disappointed with that!
