Surface Boutique Hotel

Brought back memories odd when my mom used to bring me there when I was a little girl… NOTHING has changed, everything still looks the same. (Unfortunately)

The pool was out of order but was advertised online as being working and in order

good location and good price.

Very old carpet in room,musty,no heat.Breakfast is is bare minimum. I was sold a king bed,I got double Queen,pool was closed.

Cheaper price . The guy at the front desk was excellent.

Old . But was bought 6 months ago so are in the process of renovating. No smoke detector in the room . Could not bath was no plug . Need a kettle in the breakfast area, ,

The price per night, it was the cheapest in town Breakfast was good

Not happy that the pool was closed. At night there were people that were constantly loud. There also was a random person saying they were housekeeping at 9 at night, I don't believe he worked for the hotel.

It wasn?t very clean, needs a makeover. Pool and hot tub not working.

The Lounge

The bathroom needed to be fixed ceiling tile falling apart the shower head came off, the ac didn't really keep the room cool, and had issues with the tv remote not working well with the tv

Easygoing staff

The room totally smelled like feet and the carpet was wet from mini fridge leaking

Not busy , plenty of parking. Room was dated but clean . Best price !

Pool was closed , Bar was closed, breakfast was minimal.

Staff went into my room twice. Pool, bar, daily maid service all nonexistent. Very weak wifi, breakfast consisted of generic ?wheat? toast/bread and jelly, generic 1 brand cereal, juice didn?t exist half the time. The place is a homeless shelter also.

People are friendly, kind, clean safe place to stay.

The pool, lounge and it was somewhat close to the mall.

The electricity was out for a couple hours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful giving me clear directions on how to reach places I needed to go.

I enjoyed myself and the room. I was very satisfied.

Hallway smelled of Indian food cooking, and it made me hungry for curry lol. Room didn't smell of it at all.

Room seemed clean but a bit dingy. No yogurt or fresh fruit for breakfast.

The worst was they put us on a floor between all the construction workers. Was quite noisy

Room was infested with bedbugs and staff was very unfriendly and not very accommadating.We had many bites and there was no hotel first aid kit with proper guaze and tape.Would never stay there again and would exspect compensation from this horribble exper

It was one of the cheapest places to stay and air conditioning was very cold.

Hotel smelled terrible, rooms smelled worse. Bedding was very old and had holes in it. Beds were hard as a stone and you could feel the springs on the sides. Probably ok for drunk college kids but not for a family.

Very convenient to highway, with easy on/off. Plenty of hot water, clean towels and sheets, helpful staff. Early breakfast start at 6:30 was nice.

Showing a bit of wear, but clean.

The shower ran half the water out the shower head and half out the slicker so there was zero water pressure. The light fixture fell off while my husband was in the bathroom and fell on his foot and left several bruises. Terrible bed

Hotel was very loud all night

Location was fabulous! Price was great! Water pressure in bathroom great! Extremely quiet.

Might as well as been sleeping on 2x4's. Bed was rock hard. Room was not made up EVEN THOUGH we told the front desk that we were leaving for the day. Very disappointing to come back and find no clean towels, garbage still in room and beds not made.
