The room

The pop machine was broken into and there were broken pieces all over...I notified the front desk and she wasn't concerned

I had a handicap room and it was too far from the elevator. They could also up date their web page. I had to call them directly and ask if they had breakfast and if it was a hot breakfast.

It was very quite

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were flat

Room was not clean..way at end of hall even when we asked for a closer roo.

Friendly staff, went above & beyond to solve a minor problem with my stay.

A better breakfast, but on the whole, better than other hotels I've stayed at.

Outside of hotel needing a lot of upkeep and maintenance. Main entrance doors were in poor condition. Overall outside grassy areas had not been properly maintained. Weeds and trash everywhere.

The location was great. There was no traffic noise.

I did not like the constant noise from the room above us. There was constant walking and stomping from 12am to 3am, when we were trying to sleep. There was also a loud noise that would disturb for 15-20 minutes at a time from out of nowhere.

Very spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was well stocked and had a variety of items.

The TV could have been a little bigger for the size of the room.

Nice clean quiet hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good.

The 7 AM breakfast on the weekend was late for us, as we had to leave before 7. Mc Donald's was close.

the dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it. not sure how long but they stunk. no dishwasher detergent so had to go downstairs to front desk and get.

Very comfortable and clean room. Easy parking even with a horse trailer. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff and the desk people were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again.

Decent location just of major highway, and lots of parking.

Hotel is dirty and dated. Hotel ratings/reviews made this hotel look great to book, disappointed once we were there First room was not cleaned. Second room was not as dirty. Both rooms were near rooms that look like police drug busts took place. Sketch

The breakfast needs to be better

Overall room was clean and it looked nice.

Check in service was average. Breakfast was disappointing. No one to restock food. We had to look through the cabinets for plastic wear, napkins, etc. Checkout was fine. Everything was average and not worthy of the 8+ reviews we saw. Price was good.

Clean room, helpful staff, decent morning breakfast, staff seemed to always be in some stage of cleaning common areas, kitchenette w/full size refrigerator, back patio bbq usage, mgr Kristin helpful in extending add-on night stays, excellent value!

Some dog hair noted on carpet at check-in.
