Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minot by IHG

Location. A softball team placed into rooms all around me which was awful. The staff talked to the coach and the rest of the night was quiet.

I had a five day stay and the bed linens were never changed and the bed was made once. The towels were exchanged and the waste basket emptied twice.

The room was very spacious. We were able to have our kids toddler bed and pack and play setup with plenty of extra room still. The room and bathroom were very well kept up and looked clean.

can't answer never got to stay there because of screw up with our reservation.

never got to stay there . We reserved a handicap accessible room but didn't get one when we arrived . Now we are trying to get our money back for a cancelation that was beyond our control .

I understand there are covid restrictions but seemed like there could be few more breakfast choices. For example, I thought hot chocolate would be standard. When I got to my room maintenence was in progress-just assign a different room?

It is well located and very clean. We have stayed here before and had a good experience. Vivian at the front counter was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Well there Wi-Fi was not working there is no satisfaction and getting it working they would not give me a receipt for my hotel room because I booked on line I have booked online many a time and I always got a receipt as I am from Canada

I liked the breakfast and that the queen sweet had 3 beds for a really good price. Very efficient check in!

Couch pull out didn't look or sound very comfy.

The room was plenty big and roomy for our family of 6. The location was convenient.

There wasn't anything about this hotel that stood out as a negative to us.

Air conditioning unit was a little touchy, hard to regulate the temperature.

Location across from Walmart was good. Breakfast was decent and offered variety. Room was very big. Quiet hotel. Front desk checking person was very friendly

No cream for coffee. Pool was colder than preferred. Carpet in elevator is rough looking. The room could use some maintenance

Clean room, courteous staff, great breakfast. We were in close proximity to shopping and downtown Minot. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there if we return next year. I would recommend anyone visiting Minot to stay there.

Tv remote would not function unless you stood directly in front of it. The signal from the remote was not recognized by the tv from the bed. We had to get up to set volume and change channels. Was unable to find the tv timer.

The breakfast was good and the room was very clean and comfortable

We experienced a boys baseball team staying at this location at the same some we were there. It was horrible the kids took over every public space as well as the parents. The kids ran up and down the hallways pounding on doors. No parents around!! I had to call the front desk too try to get this stuff to stop. Unfortunately it didn’t. Such a shame because it is a nice property. The pool area was dirty. The kids invaded the workout room. I really wished we could have move elsewhere bit we paid through booking

beds abd pillows were comfy. the suite was spacious, the breakfast was good. I liked having coffee, tea etc available in the lobby. location was good.

I didnt see any handicap parking spaces.

A few things in the building could be fixed, there were some furnishings like lights on the wall in the hallway that were broken and the elevator seemed in really poor shape inside.
