- Breakfast was good.
- Comfortable, familiar
- Up to date and tastefully decorated room.
Cons -
- The carpet in room was worn out and dirty. The lamp shades and corners of the bedrooms were dirty.
- Outdoor security light next to my room's window shone into the room all night; the curtains were not long enough to completely block the light. Also room was next to mechanical room with sound and vibration all night long.
- I was less than impressed that our room was not ready. This ruined our reason for attending grand forks. We wanted to relax and get ready in our hotel room prior to the Zach Bryan concert. The room was not ready until after 730pm. I will not stay here
