Need more maintenance, specially in room 322 , replace lights , the tv is not working , dust on the wall and floor , in the bathroom. The customer just need the minimum to be comfortable , not the lux. Safety first

Broken coffee maker, non-smoking room smelling like overflowing ashtray. Bathro vanity mirror lights So dim a night light is brighter.

Quiet and comfortable staff is okay there is only one guy that's really helpful the rest of them sleep on there job,

The breakfast could be better the staff at times are sleeping on the job,

The staff I interacted with were friendly

The pool had a sign that it was closed and would "reopen asap" but never opened and the walls of the room were disgusting. It looked like there was sauce of some sort splattered on one wall, there was pink crayon and pencil scribbled on another wall.

The guy at the desk was professional and he was quick to fix an housekeeping mishap. The room he put us in was excellent. It was clean, the beds were great, pillows were nice and soft. The A/C worked amazing. Nice and cold. My son loved the pool.

very beat up. Pieces were missing from furniture, walls with unfinished patches, sink in break room was running full blast.

No towels in the room, urine in toilet, hair in bathtub, no pool towels out in pool area.

This hotel was dirty and disgusting. The fridge didnt work and there was garbage All over the hallway and dirty footprints on the walls in the room.

The initial pictures on the internet. Unfortunately the must have been for a different hotel because this one was a dump.

Paper thin walls. Had to listen to loud women yackity yacking in spanish all night. Also, the bedding consisted of a sheet and a bedspread made out of the same material as the drapes. Obviously left over from a previous Super 8. Breakfast was dismal.

Ads were false, environment was nasty, service was poor.

Misleading descriptions, Dirty, smelly, rude

Nothing my Children and I were getting followed and someone kept trying to get into our room people were smoking blunts by the pool and in the halls

Nothing I want a dang refund

The heat worked fine and the beds were comfortable. Free breakfast which we didn't get up in time for. Free WIFI which we didn't have a laptop to use, so didn't need it.

The room didn't come as the pictures in the description for the room on the website. The website pictures had a second anteroom with a couch and table and 4 chairs. No such thing. Disappointing. The agent on the phone said it would have an an anteroom.

Location wasn't bad, cheap room.

Everything was so old it was falling apart. Not enough outlets, a lamp was not even plugged in - it was either that or the smelly fridge. Stained towels, one smelled like perfume, so I assume it was used. Just a dirty, dark, uncomfortable feeling overall.

Very dirty, lamps missing light bulbs in room, whole motel overall needs to be updated and CLEANED, PAINTED.

On the night we stayed the hotel was very quiet. A breakfast was provided. The bedding was clean. Price

The toilet seat was broken. The tile in the shower was moldy/stained. For the price it is what we expected.

Not the cleanest. Showing signs of age and lack of upkeep. Don¿t trust the thoroughness of room cleaning. Didn¿t bother checking out the shower or pool for that reason. We had to kill about 20 flies in the room when during the evening.
