Hampton Inn & Suites Dickinson

Over all everything, clean, friendly, ease of check in and out

Bed very comfy. Clean. Breakfast was best hotel breakfast we'd had in long time.

Very good but unusual room layout. Very clean and spacious suite. Enjoyed the stay very mcuh.

The keyless check in, size of the room.

The keyless entry did not work for the pool door, exterior door, or work out room. we had to get an actual key, and then the keyless entry did not work for the room.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, very clean

I wish the hotel chain offered credit card privileges other than American Express.

Location

Coffe pot doesn't work, lam0s don't work, no wash cloths. Room smells like dog. Disappointed for almost --- dollars a night

I do like the cleanliness and size of room. I do like the meeting area on the main level...plenty of room for our group of around 30.

I did not like having my only room choice be an accessible room. I would prefer the standard tub/shower.

Clean, friendly staff, and easy to locate.

Spacious clean rooms

Room was clean and spacious

It was nice and clean!

It was a very clean spacious room. I would stay there again given the opportunity.

Extremely dirty and they double charged us.

Very clean, super nice staff!

Comfy bed better breakfast than expected!

Room was precisely as we reserved, clean, quiet, and the staff in the MORNING were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Person checking us in was indifferent to us checking in. Probably the end of a long day, but no greeting, no smile, no "have a good evening" but rather .... just the facts and nothing more.

Clean and comfortable no noise

Clean, comfy, great location

Parking lot and sidewalks were not cleaned and treacherous due to heavy snow.

We’ve stayed here before because of the cleanliness, kind staff, updated amenities, and an overall comfortable stay. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it.

We did find a used towel hanging inside the bathroom door. This was surprising.

Clean, easy to access, nice amenities.
