Breakfast was skimpy, but good.

Floor was not clean. When I got into bed, I had to brush off the bottom of my feet. In bathroom, fixtures were clean, but floor needed to he replaced.

The room was clean, the location was great, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good!

Room was very nicely updated with a comfortable bed. Very clean. All of the staff there was very pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

No shampoo in rooms, requested some and never brought it to the rooms, bathroom door was broken and would not shut. lights in bathroom in morning would not turn on. so had to leave door open when going to the bathroom

room had no nightstand lamp. bed was tiny and had covering from the 1960s. No headboard for the bed. Had the impression they had oil workers in mind as their base clientele and really didn't care to provide even common items. hotel was understaffed.

They collect copy of drivers license and keep them on file for a year. I can't remember the last time I heard of a hotel requiring that. With identity theft and all. I find this practice shocking to say the least.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean except for the mirrors, which most hotels miss anyway. Nice layout to the room, convenient. Great shower, and clean. Near coffee, gas and groceries. I would definitely stay again.

There was no hair dryer. The air conditioner was very noisy. My near deaf mom could not enjoy the tv because the close captions didn't work.

Close to the National Park, right off the expressway. Good price as you're not paying for extras you don't use (pool, breakfast, housekeeping everyday). The hotel and room were clean which was the main thing I look for when picking a hotel.

Slight odor in the halls, but I think that was just from the guests using the stove tops in their rooms.

Room was very clean and nice. Seemed like it was either new or had recently been renovated. Hotel was quiet during my stay too which i liked.

The only thing was that the location was not completely ideal. It was right off the highway which was nice, but all of the restaurants were a 10 minute drive to the next exit. No other complaints though.
