Pros +
- The hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast all 3 days. The bed was comfortable.
- Space was clean and staff was polite.
- The manager when I called was helpful. Otherwise nothing.
Cons -
- We were asked if we needed housekeeping since we were staying 3 nights. We said they could leave the bedding but we would like clean towels each day. We did not get new towels so the second day we asked again. Also, the refrigerator made a strange clicking noise which we noticed at night.
- Heater/ air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud and the fan inside of it sounded like it was broken and squeaked constantly.
- The receptionist when we got there was absolutely clueless. We booked a room on booking and then when we got there, they could not find it and made us pay for another room. The receptionist also gave us key cards that did not work and when I requested new ones, he did not give me any new ones so we had no key to our room. We just got escorted there by him.The rooms were less than mediocre. The price was ridiculous for what we got.
