It was clean and the staff was nice
The bed was as hard as a rock, and the air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep. At one point for about 2 hours it would make a noise like a bunch of glass hitting the window every 10 min. I turned it off and then it was to hot. The carpet felt wet to the feet, and there was no freezer in the fridge.

The breakfast was pretty good. The pool and hot tub were nice to use although the button to turn on the hot tub jets didn't always work. The view from our room was pretty.
The room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. We had to go to the desk in order to get more towels, soap etc. The floors throughout the hotel were never vacuumed. Could be due to a lack of cleaning staff, but we were never told that. I also didn't ask.

The staff was unbelievably gracious, helpfull and accommodating. We had an emergency while there and all of the front desk people were so helpful, just so grateful that they were so amazing.
