Room has no air room was 100 degrees asked daily for a week to fix kept being told to move to another room came there from work could not enter room was forced to leave no refund threatened by staff said they would put their hands on me.

Nothing. This hotel was absolutely nasty & the hotel manager have a terrible attitude.

They did not clean the rooms properly. The TV stand was falling apart. The bed sheets were stained & had holes in them. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it. The shower curtain was so dirty. The hotel was so ran down.

Location friendly clean for the most part

Cockroach 🪳🪳🪳🪳 And they didn't honor the pay nothing that day told me I don't get to pay later I had to pay 250 at check in how is that a pay later deal

My room smelled like mildew, the shower fixtures was very loose and sink faucet was loose. The bed was sunk in the middle. I was very disappointed with my stay

No breakfast, our room had the ceiling coming off, coffee pot but no coffee, mismatched furniture.

Requested a nonsmoking room. The room reeked of smoke. The surrounding area was sketchy, the parking lot had broken down cars. Upon arrival, handwritten note saying the manager would be back in 15. After a lengthy wait, and several minutes of calling.

Nothing, did not stay, was told our room would be refunded.

People smoking pot outside, room had dirty sheets and no housekeeping to provide clean ones to change, amenities out of service, leaks in roof, breakfast canceled

That is cheap hotel the room that was given me first ac didn’t work and the room smells humid. I went to reception they gave me another room. Microwave didn’t work in that room. I wanted to cancel my stay but they didn’t

The staff was great

The room I had was contaminated with black mold and I got sick from it

It had a bed

No ice machine, no internet until my 2nd night at 8pm.

No blanket, no tower, toilet clocked Old building

NOTHING!!!

One room we were put into toilet was broken! Second room shower was broken shower head water wasnt coming out properly the shower button shot out water everywhere. Third room towels was dirty and floor. Disappointed and disgusted with the room.

The heat worked

I did not like there was no fridge, the microwave did not work

Absolutely nothing! I didn?t even stay at the hotel. It took me an hour before I even went inside my room. I left the hotel IMMEDIATELY and drove 4hrs back home. I refused to sleep in that room.

This hotel upon arrival was disgusting. The property looked like a breading ground for ALL traffickers. It took me an hour and a half before I could even go look at the room. The smell was horrible. I didn?t even stay. I left and drove 4hrs back home.

Cheap, showers are nice

We got bit by bugs all night, bed area is out dated and broken furniture.

our room smells of mildew. bathroom ceiling has mold spots all over ceiling.hole in the wall where it looks like someone punched it. door was having trouble locking. the hotel does not bring new sheet, towels and trash bags, toilet paper ect.

The toilet was leaking from the bowl and it smelled like urine. We reported it but they did not clean the floor after they fixed the toilet. Cleaning the room did not happen til agfter 3 days. no fresh towels everyday.

No phone in the room to call the front desk. I called repeatedly on my cell phone and they never picked up the phone.

The location

The bed had a broken leg that was propped up. It broke again during the night. It had a very thin sheet and bedspread that had cigarette burns in them. It was not warm enough, and they were not even tucked in. Not enough towels. Throw size pillows.

The reason why I¿m staying so many nights is because it¿s cost-efficient, but for me to be a choice member at the quality Inn the service is horrible. The breakfast was nothing like they said it would be the only thing they give is cereal , orange juice

There was pee on the toilet seat the bed sheets were dirty, asked for extra towels and never received them, the key card didn't work half the time.
