- Toss up between the room (the bed was amazingly comfortable) and the breakfast. The staff was exceptional, we became Best Western rewards members because of them. Great people!
Cons -
- HVAC was inconsistent ? Small upgrades and refresh needed.
- Yes, the toilet seat was cracked and thr room had an odor. The staff was very unattentive
- We had two handicapped rooms. Neither one had heat the first night.
