- Just learned hotel is under big renovation upon check-in. No indoor pool as advertised. In- room coffee tray not replenished from previous tenant. Room layout is kinda odd. Vending/ice machine sign is a lie.
- I know there are renovations. But finding the entrance was nuts. Outlets didnt work in my room. Lamps didn't turn on. All dated, dindy, old, renovations going over a year now? Completely overpriced for such a subpar experience for Holiday Inn, shocking.
- Hotel was undergoing a huge remodel. We should be informed before booking if there is construction happening.
