Quality Inn near Speedway

The room was clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I liked the room very much expecially for the price. It was the less expensive one in the area and it sufficed nicely.

Cleanliness, location, price.

Refused to allow 2 hr early check in. Did tell me what room would be mine and that my room was already paid in full. We arrived at 1:10 p.m. 3 staff members there at that time. We arrived back 11:40p.m. 17 people waiting. Got in rm hour & 40 min. Later

The new owners are cleaning the place up it's looking better than the last time we stayed there

We booked the hotel we the pool as one of our main reasons for staying there. The pool was shut down for the last month and they were not making any effort to fix the problems that the building inspector listed for repairs so the pool won't be open

The coffee machine did not work. The outside area was dirty, couch in room was ripped

The house keeping staff stole my wedding ring!!!!! I left it in the bathroom counter .? realized it an hour later called and returned back within the hour and my ring was gone!!! House keeping saying they did see it!!! Liar!!!!! I?m soooooo upset!!!!

Torn/burned curtains, rock hard bed, toilet running all night, and smelled musty

The motel was close to the area we needed to be.

This is the second time staying in the same room. The last time we were there we told the staff that the exhaust fan didn't work and the room was dirty. We arrived for the second stay and and the exhaust fan was a hole in the bathroom door

Easy to find and close to everything.

The TV would not turn off. We would have to unplug it to leave. No matter how many times you turn it off by the remote or hitting the power button on the TV itself, it would shut off and turn right back on. We had to unplug it just to go to bed.

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was simple/basic but it was plenty and the staff was so kind. We checked in late and the front desk person saw I had kids. He gave us a bottom floor room in consideration and also helpful information on the weather

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby area was kept clean. The breakfast was okay and the area was kept clean

The room we were in was in ruff shape, the main sitting area light didn't work the exhaust fan didn't work. There were stink bugs in the room. The bad was very old and had high and low spots. The bedding was old and in ruff shape. The employees are doing.

Best price in the area. But you get what you pay for.

A lot of people just "hanging" around and a bunch late night activity. I didn't realize this hotel was outdoie room access when booked. My GF was very uncomfortable and worried our car might get broken into. Front desk staff were not very friendly.

It a cheap place to sleep and shower and go.

Front desk guy could've been nicer to my wife. She is a vet and struggles with PTSD and anxiety. We always have stayed here never not 1 time anything said about her support dog but this time he wanted to see papers we said no he wanted 2 see a trick then

The rooms are always clean, staff are always helpful and friendly, and if the room is ready, they will allow us to check in when we arrive. Sometimes I get finished with my work before 3pm and the front desk clerk is always accommodating

BED WAS WONDERFULLY COMFORTABLE! THE RESTURAUNT NEXT DOOR WAS GREAT. Everyone very friendly.

Needs a litte uplift but for the price you can't beat it.

Had trouble unlocking door because lock was put on upside down. Had trouble getting tv to work....seemed to be broken. FREE breakfast was not worth eating...went to restaurant.

Gentlemen at the Front Desk provided a room on the first floor as I requested upon arrival. The room was large with a great desk to work on. The bathroom was on the small side. No big deal. Housekeep staff were great. Friendly and helpful.

Coffee maker was missing a tray for the pouch. I walked to the Front Desk and got a cup there. It was raining.

Was worried the roaches was gna carry me and my wife out of the place. They were dead live laying everywhere and house keeping had no knowledge of a roach problem ! The whole night was horrible and was offered a 15% discount, when a refund should have bee
