I The hotel is clean, convenient, and friendly.

It was clean, most of the staff was nice and welcoming.

The lady at the hotel that checked me in was quite abrupt- other than that it was great.

The hotel had a clean main area. The pool area was clean. The room was nice

This location is very clean and modern in its design and furnishings. The location was great for me. Staff was friendly and efficient.

We had lots of trouble checking in. I spoke with management. They never offered to make any provision for our inconvenience.

Definitely the best place in town.....had supply issues--- no hand soaps or soap at all in room and fridge didn't get cold - breakfast a bit subpar for 3-star hotel but overall met expectations - good staff!

Someone at 10:0 knocking on door to see if we¿d checked out. We were tired git in later and going to a funeral. They¿d surely know which rooms are checked out. But other than that it was excellent.

I have to stay there often for work and have been loyal to this hotel since starting my new job last May of 2022

Despite I stay here often I needed to cancel day of due to a death in my family and hotel was unwilling to work with me and I was charged for 3 nights despite cancellation policy saying I should have only been charged 1 night. I feel not valued

Cleanliness Staff was amazing. Southern Hodpitality at it's best! Lee Watkins the GM and the Gentleman who worked the desk both helped me with advice about the community. They gave excellent directions to my destinations

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was good¿ but the staff was out of this world. 100/10! They were so sweet to my family and made my toddler feel like royalty. We know where we¿re staying next time we¿re in Wilkes!

Overall, an excellent experience here! Breakfast was very good, room was very clean. Air conditioning worked very well.

The only thing close to be a negative was how dry the room was.

The room was clean, had what I needed, and everything worked.

Everything was fine, but I would¿ve liked a few more options for breakfast.

Room Temperature control was problematic but tolerable. In the process of converting from summer to winter mode.

It was conveniently located just off the highway. It was easy to get to. And the staff was incredibly friendly.

We were not sure what we would experience as this is in such a small town and had a low rating, however, we had an incredible stay. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. We did not get a chance to eat due to the schedule we were on, but the breakfast looked good!!
