Days Inn by Wyndham Cherokee Near Casino

Nothing!!!

Looks like a stay in mobile to me not what I expected from the picture on the Web I didn?t stay 30min I check out

Location

Maid service terrible- still dirty after cleaning. Only clean every 3 days which was poorly done and when ask for towels was told we had to go to the office as they only have one person working. We were there for 9 days our sheets were not changed once.

Close to the casino we could walk there. There was an earthquake while we were eating breakfast there. Our trip was still exciting.

We accidentally booked upstairs and smoking room. We don?t smoke and we are handicap somewhat but we made it.

The rooms are clean. No musty odors. Bed and comforter are comfortable and clean. Location is convenient to Harrah casino. Just walk across the street. Staff are friendly. My only concern was every time the heat running, it woke me up. I will stay again.

The key didn't work at first.The manager(?)came to help & was on the snippy side when he did. The bathtub refused to drain until almost 15 minutes after a shower! The cable kept blinking off. I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I expected more than this..

I loved that we could stay at a clean hotel room within walking distance of the casino. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Wifi was great. Breakfast was good too.

The pool was not in working order during our stay.

This must sound like a petty gripe but when you use the toilet you will understand. The toilet is installed too close to the wall. The toilet tissue roll is close to your eye. When you bend forward to do the "paperwork"the door knob will hit your head

Location and plenty of hot water in the shower.

Room had a mild odor. "Free breakfast" ran out of coffee, and fruit.

We are not 'picky' customers and do not require much in amenities. In our opinion, this room was clean, pleasant, and the king-size bed was great. They offered free self-serve breakfast of oatmeal, waffles, yogurts and coffee. Would stay there again.

Could use at least one cushion chair.

Expensive, for what it is. Noisy, classic old dirty building.

Really nice walk in shower.

Exit from the parking lot was difficult as it had a steep incline and the oncoming vehicles were difficult to see because of shrubs, light poles etc.

Pictures are very deceiving. The bed was very uncomfortable, smoke detector was going off, had to put a blanket in front of the door to block the light. I have stayed at some bad hotels and motels but this one is the worse.

The location is great, directly across from the casino, and at a fraction of the price. Conveniently close to everything, food, casino. Same walking distance from casino self parking garage as it was from our hotel Room door to casino main entrance.

Room appeared fairly clean, could use a little updating to be a much higher star ratted hotel. But would definitely stay again.

On arrival after 4 hrs of driving was checking in and had to use the restroom, the clerk said the closest is the gas station down the street. Should have never checked in, no wifi, no breakfast no friendly service and much more

It was a days inn but priced like a 5 star hotel. Only stayed there because we were in a bind and had been hiking for 4 days. Wayyyy over priced.

Staff Lovely and very helpful.

Curtains torn in places...need replacing. Tile floor going to bathroom area had 2 broken tiles which could cause foot to be cut if not looking where you walk.

The location is the best thing I can say about this place.

Hard to see when pulling out, shrubs need to be cut, very dangerous situation. Swimming pool was closed & we were very disappointed in that. Staff was not very friendly. Doubt that we will ever stay here again.

This hotel was awful!!! There was ants in our room and I¿m actually going to the doctor to see what kind of bites we received¿ I¿m thinking bed bugs because the next day we were ate up with bites. We saw the ants in the bed and room!!

I love the location of the room, but this room is horrible and there was also a piece of pizza on the floor in the bathroom from the previous person that stayed..
