Was surprised it had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot, which was not on the website main desk, people are very nice and friendly

Only had waffles and cereal for a continental breakfast very disappointing. The room was not cleaned. Had to go get her own towels and wash claws

This is a hotel people live at. No elevator. The sherzs were clean but pillows were really old and flat, chairs were stained. I would not stay here again

End up in a smoking room floor was dirty burn marks on the bedspread and the room odor fro.the smoking was awful. Had to go out and find air freshner

The bed was comfortable, the room size was nice, and the storage in the room was great.

The bathroom was small, there was a hole in the wall by the duct that let us see outside. Nobody came to clean our room for the duration of our stay.

Location is one of the most important things. Not to far from main stream West Jefferson. Easy access to the near by highway. And, the total value of this hotel, the price verse accommodations is excellent compared to other hotels in the area.

Do not stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is clearly questionable, there were no working locks on the hotel door (the deadbolt did not work, the key wasn¿t even necessary because the door did not lock). We had to place a chair under the door handle.

"Non-smoking" room smelled like smoke. TV remote didn't work. Carpet was sticky feeling. Towels were stained. Shower head sprayed all over. Unfortunately, probably what to expect for the money.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. We had our pet dog and there were no issues or problems for check-in. Easy to deal with. Free internet and parking was right outside room door.

Room was not cleaned between our 2 nights and beds not made although clean towels were placed in bathroom. Bed frame was broken. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke.

There was a hole in the bathroom wall ANF the ceiling in the bathroom with falling down. They did not come in and clean our room either.

They do not clean your room when you stay there more then one day.

The room door did not lock, the remote had no batteries, and I got bit by bed bugs, the fish tank In the lobby was deplorable and disgusting

It is in a great location, easy to get to. A very nice Ingels grocery store right across the street & McDonald's & CVS very close.

It's not as nice as 8 yrs ago. It was not as clean, no towels,soap. Had to go to front desk to get these. It needs new management. I don't think we would stay there again.

The "smoking" room (I am a very bad asthmatic and had requested non-smoking)they first out us in smelled like a filthy ashtray and the room was so run down I was afraid to touch anything. The 2nd room had never been serviced and was filthy. We left.

We were the only ones there.

Security was lacking. We were a little afraid. The room was dirty. I have never stayed in a room that had not been cleaned regularly. The picture in the bathroom was covered with dust, the chair had trash that had accumulated over a long period,etc.

The pet friendly not stated when booking, was 20.00 a night per animal ----- almost what I paid for myself to stay
