Waynesville Inn & Golf Club, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location was beautiful. It was away from the hustle & bustle and had wonderful views of the mountains & golf course.

The AC did not work in our room. We called the front desk to resolve and they were quick to send maintenance. Although the maintenance technician said the problem was fixed, out room never got below 75.

Nice large room with dressing closet, but small bathroom. Bathroom door almost hits toilet.

Would have had to drive to pick up cold breakfast. Fridge was dirty and wet. Toilet seat was loose and shifted. Toilet paper roll was loose. Side table was tilted-broken.

Views were beautiful! Room was clean and roomy!

Check in was hard to find at night.

This place is under renovation. In spite of this the views from the room were wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The cleaning lady  was delightful. It was great experience Thank you

None whatsoever

Room was large and well kept.

Did not know before arrival that most of the hotel was under renovation and the restaurant/bar was closed. Would have picked another location if I had known this.

Location

Dirty towels shoved into a drawer in the bathroom. Like poop stained towels. No printer/business center. No one or paper in the room. Only decaf coffee. Construction site outside balcony. Terrible view.

THE PLACE WAS CHANGING HANDS. CONSTRUCTION GOING ON,RESTURANT WAS CLOSED,NO MAID SERVICE.STAFF WAS BITTER ABOUT THE TAKEOVER. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY BECAUSE OF YOUR MISREPRETATION OF THE INN.YOUR WEB SITE DID NOT SHOW THE CURRENT CONDITION OF THE PLACE.

The desk clerk kept telling us our credit cards were declining. When we checked with the card company our card had already been charged. Room and and facilities were in poor repair. Our room was on second floor with no elevator.

Conveniently located near a venue I was attending in Waynesville

The bathroom was in rough shape, especially the trim on the floor.

The location was awsome and that was only thing which can lead us back to this property, nothing else.

The coffee maker wasn't working, the soap dispenser was broken, and no one answered from the front desk.

Surroundings, cleanliness, family friendly

Our tv was broken.

Quiet location, nice view. Clean.

A few items need attention. Broken refrigerator handle, scratched table, broken toilet seat, and peeling paint in the bathroom. Expected a little more attention to detail for the price.
