Hampton Inn Raleigh/Town of Wake Forest

Very comfortable bed . The stairwell was immaculate which surprised me very much. Breakfast was very good

The shower leaked water so the tub filled up with water when taking a shower

Always 5 star service, 4th time ive stayed there while visiting nc and always great service..

No maid service, called everyday to have towels and coffee, our bed was made once in 6 days

The staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional.

The cleaning of the room every other day.... Everything else was great ?.

Great breakfast. Fire alarm drill in the late morning disabled the elevators.

New mattresses but very firm. Noisy AC in room.

Hotel employee, at the front desk was such a sweet person! If I owned a company I would hire her! She was very welcoming, Kind, and helpful! May God Continue to Bless Her!

Bathroom fan didn?t work, not enough storage space (dressers), room too small.

The hotel was very nice and roomy. The staff I met were excellent. They helped and very attentive.

I now know it was my fault, but the toilet was the lowest toilet I have seen since my son was in elementary school! Luckily my son was there to help me because if my friend that was supposed to go, neither one of us would¿ve been able to get up! Lol

Spacious rooms, Set up of Room Furnitur was great & plentiful, Breakfast area has a good variety of food, maybe different fruit would be a plus though.

More towel hooks in the bathroom would be very helpful

Front desk staff was great. Breakfast choices were good.

No toiletries in room. Food from former guest in refrigerator.

The light in bathroom was blinking on and off the whole time I was there. I reported it. Was told there was no maintenance. Then the toilet overflowed twice. Flooded bathroom Reported it, told the same. Given a plunger and extra towels to deal

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Amenities were nice. Although a little small, should be a 3 star.
