- The room was clean and the people at the front counter were very friendly.

- The hotel was advertised as 100% non smoking. There was clearly smoking happening in rooms. (This was not old smoke smell) The bathroom was very dirty, the tub had months of grime on the corners, shower head falling off wall. My clothes smelled like smoke
- Pull out sofa mattress was very dirty and smelled and the cushions on the sofa were stained, ripped and the room seemed neglected
