It was really uncomfortable went to Walmart to buy my own sheets and blankets

Shower head was dirty

Staff are very gently and they take care you about stay safe and healthy

Break fast can be better like break and coffe like other near to the area

The location was perfect. The food and activities was abundance

The cleanliness was absolutely horrid.

Made me pay a 100 dollar deposit after I already paid online for my room. Wouldn't even let me use the restroom in the lobby while I waited in line. The bathroom had no face cloths and I had to go switch my room bc there was a dog next door barking

Ease of check-in

Talk about a total bait and switch. The photos and description don't match what you actually get. I made a point in bring in my bicycle because I felt unsafe. If I hadn't already paid, I would've looked for another place to stay.

Yes when you arrive they make you pay a 100 dollar security deposit and they have tow truck drivers that are rude and block up a lot of parking

Located just 2 miles from Harrah's Casino. Room had a private balcony facing the creek or river. Comfortable bed and pillows!

Did not get the SEC channel, so we were unable to watch the Clemson vs USC Gamecocks football game!

Location is right off highway exit and food and stores all in the area

I liked nothing about this place

it was very dirty it was drunks and drug addicts hanging outside the staff was very rude and we didn¿t stay there we lost the money for that room and booked at another place and stayed at a new place and econo lodge charged me for more than one night

Staff--all very kind. Called the night clerk bc people were making noise outside our room after midnight. She took care of it. Called morning clerk bc we couldn't figure the shower out and water was cold. He offered to let us take showers in another room!

Not really. It was good for the price because the staff took care of anything we needed. I would stay again.

Convience to the outlets in smithfield was great and the man at the desk was great but the room.was not clean and smelt moldyb

the beds where uncomfortable and pillows were awful. The room smelt moldy and the rugs made our feet black with dirt

The room was really good. The exterior was not. The area gives you a rundown feel.

The hotel does not look anything like the photos. There is a block of hotels around this area and they all need an exterior facelift. Our only issue was they list a pool and it was closed. Some lights were unplugged in room and drywall chips on floor.

Comfortable and clean and looked a little remodeled.

Dark in the room. Toilet didn't flush right. Curtains don't cover window. Breakfast very light but might be COVID related

You have to have a $100 deposit if you live within 75 miles of the hotel. I had a issue with hotel employee from the front desk He text my phone and told me I was on the do not rent list, but couldn't tell me why. I will NEVER stay here again, and don' recommend it
