I didn't like the way someone was rude

Location and that my room was positioned where outside light didn't affect me.

The noise from other rooms and the PTAC ac rattling noise every few seconds didn't allow me to get good sleep. I was exhausted for the funeral I attended.

The people were very, very friendly and kind!

The room was very dirty and I had to go buy wipes and wipe down the room and surfaces myself because I was staying there for five days and didn?t feel comfortable staying in a dirty room. There were places on the carpet that didn?t look vacuumed,

Did not clean the Room, Coffee make disfunctional, had to ask for clean towels and there was no HOT water!

Location and price were good. (We got what we paid for) We like the idea of a free breakfast.

Bathroom REALLY needed work. Grout coming out of floor tiles; REALLY dirty floor in the corners. Old, scratched bathroom cabinets. Carpet on floor in hallway was patched. Ice maker on second floor was empty/not working. Floor in elevator sticky/dirty

I liked the friendly staff. I was very appreciative that the day we checked in the A/C in our room was not working and the lady at the front desk did everything in her power to find us another room with a working A/C.

I the staff and everybody were very nice.

I went this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. On the front desk is a sign 'pool closed today' taped down. I don't think the pool is ever open and they shouldn't say they have one if they don't.

Right off the highway ! Safe clean,places to dine

Hotel was dirty from the beds to the floor to the bathroom and tubs even the mirrors. I do not recommend

I asked for a whirlpool tub but there was not one in my room. Not sure if they need to update their rooms on the website.

Misfortune of very noisy guests upstairs. Shower curtain rod was drooping and about to fall off wall.

Nothing!

Everything! One bed had hair on the sheets, the carpet was dirty, there was no phone or iron in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower/bathtub was dirty. I have pictures of everything. I have been making this trip twice a month since Jan.

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Hard to find. No updated, printed TV guide. Faucet handle needs tightening. Skimpy soap.

I reserved a king room,but staff gave me a queen room that was not made. So I had to go back to desk to tell staff the mistake. Staff seemed like wanted me to give me queen room coz she's telling me price is the same,

Nice room with novel mirrored door to closet. All amenities such as frig and microwave.
