Super Clean. Friendly. location. Breakfast.

The Toilet seat is moving. The shower is leaking water whole night.

I felt the hotel is more like motel and abit dirty. Location is good

The floors were wet and they were not clean. And why do you guys stuff the pillows the way you do? You should not do that.

Very close to I-95 which we were traveling on. Premium Outlets were about 1 mile from the hotel. The location of our room to amenities. Cost of the room.

First room I was offered was nasty bad odor and bugs literally everywhere and I had my kids with me

Room was not really clean, the parking lot is small for amount of rooms they have. I had to park far from room due to limited areas to park. Breakfast was okay. Waffle line was always taking time from getting to places so would have to pay to eat breakfas

It smelled horrible, dirty, and very noisy

The door would not close all the way. Could feel air coming through the door.

It was at the point of travel for me to get off the road, get a meal and rest before traveling to my final destination

I came to the hotel for 5 minutes. Still was charged near $95 for the cancelled reservation. Was in town for a funeral and was able to stay with family so I didn?t need it

It smelled just like animal in the room like wet dog smell wasn?t clean n there was bugs in the bed

Filthy rooms , I had 2. Sheets had stains and hair on them, 3 bugs crawling on walls, bathroom filthy,dog revés remnants in carpet. Manager ver rude no apology or even ask to change our room. We left 15 minutes after arriving with no refund!

According to the confirmation We received, the room was Smoke-Free. Room Stank Like Smoke. My Son, Who I Reserved The Room For, Went Out &. Purchased A Scented Candle, To Mask The Odor. If We Do That Trip Again, My Son Wants To Use A Different Lodge.

The rooms were very clean.

Traveling with 2 elderly handicap ladies 83 & 80 yrs old. NO elevator & hotel wouldn't swap 1 room for ground level room. Had to take the stairs with bags, canes, medical equip & the stairs wiped them out. No NITE on the town! Bad experience THIN walls.

The hotel was in a great location.

We booked a double bed room but when we got there they informed us we only had 1 queen and needed to book another room to accommodate everyone. The second room was so dirty.

Easy access to I-95. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Free breakfast and coffee

There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, roaches, and the baseboard under the mattress was nasty. The person at the counter promised a refund which has not yet been honored by the hotel manager.

Noticed bed bugs, mattresses piled up outside building, bed bugs in lining of walls, showed picture of bugs to manager, he was rude and called me a lier,states it was where bugs. They were in season due to dry environment
