Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers-Sapphire Valley

I spent --- dollars and I had no running water to flush toilet. They moved me three times during the night and never offered to reimburse me.

Front desk- very friendly and helpful

The signage out front. Very small and hard to see when driving by. Very difficult at night.

Across from the ski resort. Very good breakfast!

Pet friendly, but no one cleans up after their dog. Stepped in dog poop 2 times, on my way to a wedding rehearsal and the next day on the way to wedding. Poor lighting on sidewalk so didn¿t see it. Wearing sandals, it was all over my foot.

The first room had hairs left on the sheets. The staff was very understanding and gave us another room. The second room was clean but had tiles missing in the lavatory. I expect much more from Hampton Inn.

New Manager was very upbeat and positive but has her hands full with current staff

The sink or the tub did not drain properly. The linens were very wrinkled questioning if they had been changed or not. The heating/cooling unit was very noisy.

Beautiful open lobby, walking distance to The Fix restaurant - very convenient! Beautiful wooded setting.

The room smelled a little stale and stuffy - we weren't sure if it was allowed to be a smoking room or not

Staff was great!

Holes in the lampshade, broken light cover in bathroom ceiling, peeling paint and wallpaper. Not as kept up as other Hampton Inns.

The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and kind. We had an issue when we first checked in and they were extremely accommodating and assisted us immediately!

The overall cleanliness of the room wasnt great, but not things that were of too much concern. I just noticed shelves were pretty dusty and unused items were not moved and cleaned under. The sheets and covers were very clean though!

Staff helped us find our way to sites we wanted to see and made dinner recommendations for us. They were very friendly. Good breakfast and lovely hotel with rockers out front. Nice Would def. return!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice and clean. I liked the mini store and coffee and beverage station was well stocked at all hours. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. It was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice.

We stayed two night. I didn't sleep well either night. The beds were to hard. I had to put a pillow under me. I didn't like the pillows. They were to flat.

Exceptionally clean, seemed quite new. Personnel were WAY above average. Hotel Employee was exceedingly helpful and personable. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Breakfast was better than we expected. Great experience overall.

The close proximity to lake Glenville jobsite. The included breakfast every morning was great. Plenty of parking right in front of the door. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The staff was great and very friendly. Location was on point and easy access to all of our hiking destinations. Definitely will be back.

The hotel common areas and the room felt incredibly clean and fresh. Then, there's the location, of course - nicely located minutes from Cashiers and Highlands.

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The area was beautiful, as was the hotel itself. The beds were comfortable and the hallways were quiet. My youngest son absolutely loved the pool, although it was cold! Very nice stay!

While the area is beautiful, it is very remote (surrounded by mountains and very windy roads!) If you are looking for shopping malls and tons of well-known food chains, this is not the place for you! I personally loved it, but it is in a rural setting.

Beautiful hotel and design. Wife went around taking pictures of the hotel. And location for hiking waterfalls is a perfect plus.
