Room was clean and updated.

The only issue was breakfast, there should be a larger variety.

Yes. The beds were uncomfortable. Both TVs in the lobby did not work, and the staff were not as helpful as they could have been with the TVs.

My children enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The fire alarm went off sometime after 9:30pm (.? it ended up being a false alarm). We were informed pretty quickly that it was a false alarm, but then the alarm continued to sound for another 20 - 30 minutes (.? very annoying especially at that hour).

Someone came and knocked on our door in the middle of the night for about an hour. Called down to the front desk multiple times no answer. We ended up just leaving. Hotel is very nice and clean but we did not feel safe.

Very clean! Great location and fabulous staff. Breakfast started at 6:00 an even on weekends, which was perfect for our business event weekend. Love having soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in shower instead of mini bottles. Staff was very helpful.

I love all of the Hampton Inn Hotels. They're are clean and the breakfast is great. Love it. The beds are comfortable. Can't go wrong with choosing any of the Hampton Inn hotels.

One guess was prejudice towards me when I was getting breakfast. Who cares I ate the food and enjoyed it. The host had a not so nice attitude. Who cares I ate the food and it was great. Lol. Life goes on its their problem not mine.

Location is advantage, has very good shopping center near by & shuttle to airport & Shopping center is plus. For hilton honors members they offered free water bottles. Staff was good & helpful.

Great location, clean, professional staff, decor was lovely and the rooms were really nice and a nice breakfast selection.

Staff was friendly.

The smell of pets. Needs to have rooms designated for pets only. We have a pet allergy.

The decor in the suite and common areas were nice. The nighttime front desk service was nice and almost perfect. Hand sanitizing dispensers in elevators. 24 hr gym with disinfecting supplies were available. Hot and cold breakfast items were available.

The heated indoor pool was small felt cool to cold temp. Even with covid-19, I felt the pickup and go breakfast could've been better with more choices. Missed being able to get waffles, fresh pastries, yogurt etc.. English muffins were unusually small.

Clean convenient friendly staff

We always stay here when we are in town. Cean, comfortable rooms with wonderful breakfast and helpful staff. It's in the perfect location with tons of shopping and restaurants close by. The pool was the perfect temperature for the winter months.

Bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. Pool was the perfect temperature!

Location and cleaniness of the hotel

It was verynoisy in the hallway one night due to rowdy guests. Things quieted down after 11:00 pm.

Location was great.

The bedsheets had stains. Replaced with another stained sheet. Disappointed and disgusting.
