Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena

Quiet location, spacious & clean room, loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable.

Aside from the hdmi wouldn?t work on the tv for my husbands Xbox it was a great stay.

The refrigerator in the room did not work, and the lighting in the room was poor. Also the mirror was not long enough the checkout ones outfit all the way down to their shoes

The staff person who signed me in was very gracious. He was attentive to my needs and very kind.

Apparently a previous guest had a cat in the room. The dander and stench was still very present. I have cat allergies and ended up leaving the room to hang out in the city. They sprayed some stuff on the rug to kill the odor. It didn¿t work very well.

Great location and design. Pool looked nice too. Front desk clerk was very easy to work with.

Had to change rooms due to loud AC unit and it was just as bockety in the second room. Breakfast is $11 so you¿re better off eating somewhere else. Hotel did not live up to expectations for its price point.

The room size was great. We were out of body wash for the whole stay we were there. Charles at the front desk was wonderful and gave me some in a cup. He also provided a plate for me to warm up my food in the microwave in the main area. He went out of his

The staff on duty Friday morning 04/22/2022 was one of the friendliest and most helpful we have ever met. My wife h had just gotten out of Rex hospital and the girls on duty got her a wheel chair. This meant a lot to us. Thank you ladies

Spacious room with amenities. Good location close to PNC Arena and NC State.

I was given a room on the first floor and it was a bit noisy.

The staff was amazing, especially the guy at the front desk. He did everything he could to help us with our accommodations and was very understanding.

Wish the restaurant/lounge was open but totally understand with COVID going around the reason it was closed.

So convenient to the PNC arena, clean and spacious rooms

Amenities were not available...pool, restaurant, bar Breakfast was $11+ No liners in trash cans=nasty

Everything about this room was amazing! Very roomy, clean and nice layout. The shower was excellent and everything was clean. Nice and safe location. Friendly staff and quick check in.

This hotel was very nice! The room was clean and sanitized. The beds were very soft too! We had a nice stay!

There was a man behind the desk that was not friendly. He did not speak when guests came from the elevator into the lobby. There was also no microwave in the room for guest convenience. I think a microwave is something that should be standard.

My rooms were never cleaned. Stayed four nights. Thought with the virus you would want to stay on top of things like that. Spoke to other guests and they had the same experience. No microwave in any of the rooms.

The hotel was very well maintained, even while undergoing renovations. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The location was also an A+++. We have stayed here several times in the past and will continue to do so based on our latest stay.

The location of the hotel within walking distance from the PNC Arena and the low price on such a big room made it the perfect place to stay for a family trip to a hockey game.

Breakfast was okay but the setup was a little crowded.

Hotel is in transition to new ownership and it appears maintenance is suffering. Shower diverter almost completely non-functional and tub spout could be pulled out of the wall. Barely an apology when staff was notified.
