Location was perfect. No parking issues

I was profiled. They had an armed guard Saturday night. After eating dinner at Perrys nearby I returned to my room. I was asked by this guard if I was a guest & I told him yes. He then asked to see my key. 3 others came in & he didnt ask them

Noise level 609 above was Roof Too bar, could hear everything getting ready for breakfast large accordion glass doors etc Assorted fruit raspberries were molded, hot breakfast was not included but online said breakfast it was. Hold on Credit card .

Location, price and the roof top bar. Loved that they have water bottle refill stations.

Not really, it was great. Only breakfast was a little dried. Bread slices, cheese, but breakfast was not busy. Great varieties liked that they had different breakfast items than other hotels. Not standard.

Hotel is upscale, modern, clean with pleasing colors, finishes, layout. Liked the local artwork displayed. Staff (front desk) was very efficient and friendly. Hotel conveniently located near 440 Beltline, shopping and restaurants.

Our (king) room was very small and cramped. No comfortable chair for sitting/reading. Shower/toilet area was claustrophobic and with sliding glass door not private. Poor lighting for makeup. No complimentary coffee in hotel (except in room).

The staff, very good. :) The room needs a roller desk for doing laptop work. A better remote. A microwave. A clock. More towels, since there are no rugs on the floor. Access to fresh air outside. An extension cord? More waters.

The room was stuffy. Small room. Missing towels -- No big deal. Should have been a free drink ticket. Bar soap needed. Or, more of them. A night-light. Needs fresh air. A rolly desk for work and TV. An extension cord? A mircrowave. By the ice machine.

I love this hotel, the modern decor and ambience. The rooftop lounge is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or appetizer....the food is REALLY good!!!

Ate at a nearby restaurant and had some leftovers, the hotel did not have a microwave or anyway to heat my food up.

Clean and crisp environment.

Lack of privacy due to sliding bath doors. Also, location of vanity away from the toilet is unsanitary. 6th floor location is not quiet - located below the bar/restaurant area which apparently undergoes late night cleaning to include table/chair moving

parking is a challenge. There is a valet.

There was something for me to do when I woke at at 5am!

A couple more pillows would have been nice... oh... and rockstar instead of Red Bull!!! 👍

Comfortable bed, modern design, huge flat screen tv.

Sink leaked all over the floor. Didn't like not being able to gain entrance to the lobby at 8pm on a Friday night due to staff fearing underage patrons accessing the rooftop bar. Ridiculous.

The staff was amazing! So friendly! Every time we passed through the lobby we were greeted with a smile and hello! The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing! The 7th floor bar/restaurant is a great place to spend time! The location is perfect!

Location and service. Room was really nice and modern.

I wasn't a fan of the sliding door to the bathroom as it didn't completely keep in the light & sound. If someone used the bathroom at night, it became a bothersome to those that are sleeping. In my case, my infant and toddler woke up every time.

Nice firm bed. Quiet clean room. Friendly staff. Good location. Good eating within walking distance. Easy access to beltway. Excellent 2 head showers. Covered parking is Van accesable. Self park is free.(see note below) Refridge. Free Newspapers

No clock or radio. Valet parking is $22./ 24 hours. Self parking requires walking 100 yards and a minimum of 49 stairs up or down to get to your vehicle.. (good excersize).

The staff was very nice and helpful. It's close to stores and door. And the room was perfect.

Location. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet, but very pricey. Loved the refrigerator.

Self parking across the street a little inconvenient. Bathroom lighting dark. Exhaust fan was loud and could not be operated separately from the light. Masculine decor.

Did not inform us that breakfast was $16 per person. For something that is not as good as Hampton Inn.

Valet parking is super expensive so have to self park in deck across the street (though self-park is free)

Close proximity to my job, and comfortable beds.

The bed was not made up and the trash had not been taken out.

It was very trendy and updated.

The water was not working so we could not take a shower during our stay. Was quite an inconvenience considering we were there for a heavy metal concert and were fairly sweaty when we returned.

Location was outstanding with many nice restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is modern, clean and beautiful common areas. Would highly recommend.
