Cleanliness, staff, and location

The only thing that I didn’t like was I asked for a non smoking room and you could tell weed had been smoked in the room because to smell was so strong

Close to the highway and what i needed.Dowtown raliegh was 5 miles away

There are 3 seperate buildings and 1 ice machine in the middle.Room lighting was poor.Hot water was warm.AC didnt get cold

Yes they need a real breakfast. I don't mean fruit and muffins that's not what you call a breakfast . People want bacon-and-eggs Sausage Biscuits and gravy orange juice milk cereal that's what a real breakfast is supposed to be like .

Location was close to my meeting location.

Floor was dirty. Shower rod was falling off so the curtain didn't close on either end. Toilet seat did not fit the toilet correctly. Place to hang clothes was not appropriate for hanging more than one item. Breakfast food was not worth eating.

The room was very clean. Furniture a bit dated, but all working as they should. Night table had electrical outlets and charging ports...a nice feature.

Hotel seemed old, a bit run-down. Shower curtain rod was partially pulled out of the wall. Conditioner dispenser was empty. Did not feel safe late at night, but parking lot lighting was very good. Highway noise was a bit loud. Room numbers too small.

Close to meeting place and restaurants. Also free breakfast

Door handle broke and we were locked in room. Also, tv not working right and dirty, sticky remote

It needs upgrading. The food quality is okay but could be better. Sidewalks could be cleaned. Blind in the window didn't come all the way down. Had to put pillows in the window when dressing or sleeping.

Comfortable bed. Walking distance to conference at Hilton

Food was low quality. Cereal was stale and milk was sour.

We reserved a double and there was only one bed in the room. We were switched to a small room with 2 beds but they charged us $10 per night extra. House keeping never cleaned our room. There were cockroaches in the room.

The only thing good was the price.

They did not clean my room and towels were only available upon request. My refrigerator didn't work and it took 3 requests and 2 days for the staff to fix it.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The free breakfast was decent.

Location

Called for housekeeping 2 times but didn¿t show until the 3rd time. When housekeeping came they handed me the sheets and towels rather than changing the bed. Didn¿t pick up trash that was accumulated in room.

The room smelled like weed, bad odor. Spent one (1) night and when I got home had to wash all my clothes because they smelled like the room. Also, given a room with a double bed and I had requested a queen.

Close to everything in Raleigh NC.

Nothing was said when I rented the room or checked in that there was a dog fee. It cost me an extra sixty five dollars on top of my hotel cost.

Location was the best thing about this place

Room was in need of repair and a good cleaning. Found cockroaches in the dresser. Called front desk but no one would answer. Staff was not friendly. Had issues even with getting more toilet paper.

Nothing the hallway was discussing also smells weeds. Inside the room give me some bad smell too, the shower is horrible.

Never again

Overall the room was nice and people were friendly the floor was kind of dirty and so was the bathroom in a few areas especially around the tub area when you can see hair from previous guests it tells you that it may not have been cleaned very well

Floor was pretty dirty in the room there will also some things that could have been cleaned a little bit better in the bathroom before we arrived

We asked for a late checkout till 1:00 pm. The cleaning lasy she came at 1:27 PM . we asked for 10 mins to checkout and she started yelling and behaving rude. Will never visit Days Inn again. Days inn staff have to be trained on how to behave.

Actually a motel with open doors, not an enclosed hotel. Seedy feel to it overall. Beer and liquor bottles laying on ground in plain view, rusted stairs, room looked like it had not been updated since 1980s.
