Residence Inn by Marriott Raleigh Downtown

Came to town for a week, dreading a hotel stay. I was so pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean. Location was walkable, staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeepers, quiet and efficient and fast. Breakfast was actually good.

I'm not understanding why the shower heads dont move. The water gets everywhere because there is only a stationary half glass door. Looks fancy but isnt functional.

It was clean. The reservations were waiting for us. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good as well. Very pet friendly.

Everything! From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Every staff member was friendly. The room was perfect! Clean and spacious. Parking was a breeze and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was the best room I have ever had. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. We were close to the venues we needed to go.

The only thing that would have made it better would be the price. I usually do not pay the amount it was. I did not have much choice, because I do not live in this area.

Pet fee is $150 per pet. It cost more than my room. Since I arrived after 8PM, very tired, and with my fiancé, I had little choice but to swallow this exorbitant fee. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

It was right down the road from the convention center which meant a short walk, they were careful about safety protocols involving food after the chef accidentally cut himself, and the staff was super nice.

They didn't give many towels or toiletries.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Location, room size and amenities, staff, breakfast, cleanliness.. we only stayed for 1 night as we had a reservation the following nights at The Renaissance. Residence Inn will be booked for our entire stay next visit!

The hot water wasn't very hot. Took too long to get WARM

It was difficult to check in and hotel employee told us the wrong room number three different times. We also did not receive the city view as told in the booking.

There was little to no hot water for the shower.

Even though the check in line was longer than expected, the 3 individuals did a great job getting folks checked in. Facilities were nice.

Did not get the room I booked online. Was charged for upgraded room but did not get it. Was told hotel could not help and it was booking.com fault.

Super conveniently located, comfortable and clean. We'll be back.
