Location is excellent.
Overpriced for the room and amenities. Just average nothing special. Other hotels close by are cheaper and nicer.

Location is great just opposite to Crabtree mall, with lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Ambiance was great. Room was very spacious.
Breakfast options in buffet could be better. All amenities are good after renovation but the carpet in rooms can be cleaner.

Service was horrible. Could not get anyone to take order at breakfast. Wait time to get breakfast completed was 60-75 min. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Towels did not smell well.

Hotel is beautiful and staff was great. Very pleasant with all we encountered. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious.
Parking was a bit difficult…. Although I believe there was an event going on , so probably not normally. But after a long drive and it was late… we had to park way in the back on a lower level and walk a distance to get back in to the hotel.

Very nice hotel
There were dirty Q-tips on the floor outside of my room door. For that price, that should never happen.
