The lady that work's at the front desk in the afternoon time.

Some of the rooms could have been better as far as the bathroom goes. And I wish that they would clean the room for the stay overs better

Not a single thing

Fresh drywall patches unpainted, roaches everywhere, blood stain on the floor, someonelet the air out my tires, and had to go to the front office (which was a bulletproof glass window, no lobby) to get towels. Severely overpriced for what was available.

It is only 3.5 miles from the Walnut Creek Amphitheater.

If you are going to stay at this hotel bring your own linens, don't go barefoot and don't plan on anything being sanitary.

Better than sleeping on the street

They DID NOT hold my reservation. Told me they didn't have a room. After about an hour they finally cleaned a room for me

Honestly, there wasnt anything that I liked about the hotel. It wasnt clean, & they have bed bugs.

Roaches in the bathroom, but the kicker was the one crawling in my grandson's pillow.

Cleaness

Not polite at all,no hair dryer in the bedroom

The price was great. Checking in/or was simple. Need was comfortable

No coffee in the room or office and nowhere close by to get coffee before checkout. The area wasn't the safest if walking to public transit is necessary. No outlets near need to charge phone/ laptop/ tablet if needed.

I hated the fees they placed on us, how dirty it was, now no one helped me out

Looked and felt unsafe and very rundown things falling apart absolutely nothing like the pictures posted almost didn't stay but was very late and already paid so much for the room but was so uncomfortable couldn't sleep

Your dad's always comfortable the price is very good

I didn't like or appreciate how the lady who works in the day shift talks to people has a very nasty attitude

I needed to be near Wake Med Hosp and it was less than a mile away, which was great. Also, there were plenty of food places near by.

The mirror on the wall was off the frame and hanging off the wall, the microwave was keeping it from falling to the floor. There were dead bugs that should have been cleaned up and live bugs in the room. The door to the bathroom was not able to be she shut because it was being blocked by the toilet. We asked for extra wash clothes and towels and was told by front desk that they had no access to the closet.

I walked in the room and turned around and walked out. The room.smelled like mold and drugs, had burn holes all in blankets on bed, piss in floor, bathroom was nasty someone used it and never cleaned it. Had black mold in corners of roof. SO I DIDNT STAY AT ALL I LEFT VERY VERY NASTY . I went to front desk. The person on duty stated I would be refunded and was sorry for the condition of the room.
