The location with respect to the purpose of the trip.

The shower in our room was broken and the room with the shower had no place to put your towel or clothes other than on the floor.

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff was great.

The noise level on the weekend was insane. Could not sleep because of college students yelling and horns honking after a game.

I loved the great location of the property. The staff was very helpful and the room was really clean. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff was amazing. Our room had an excellent view too!

Our TV didn't work (DirecTV reception was not working). We had to complain 2x - but the second time the front desk person went up to our room and restarted the box and fixed the issue right away.

The location is perfect. As an NC State alum, I enjoyed being able to walk through campus and spending each morning at the coffee shop located below the hotel.

Hotel promotes complimentary bikes and those were not available. Stayed for 3 nights and never received room service - staff was very unhelpful. We were charged for water even though it would've been placed in our room for free if someone had cleaned it.

The location.

The AC unit was so loud we got no sleep. It was a typical motel under the window unit and was constantly turning on and off. Horrible. None of the windows opened so no fresh air and this small room was very stuffy. All in all a miserable experience.

The location of the hotel is great. It¿s downtown, and basically on the campus of NCSU.

The room wasn¿t clean. The sheets were stained and the counter of sink had old water marks as though someone sat cups on it and it hadn¿t been wiped clean in a while. The lobby is on the second floor making check in not so seamless if parked in front.

Room was nice a but small and and smelled like it needed to be aired out

Staff was friendly.

Bed sheets were dirty. Hair, butt stains and crumbs. The comode wasnt clean either. The night staff had to change out all sheets, pillows, etc. I had to sanitize all areas.

Location and the style.

Paid parking. Had to ask several times for our go green credits. Staff miscommunicated what it could be used for. Hotel parking was full after 10pm.

The cleanliness, the hotels theme of eco-friendly and the location

It doesn''t have a restaurant in the hotel (a personal preference on the go) but there are 2 right outside.

Location

Parkiing FEE surprise,there is no reason for parking fee when your already paying top dollar for room. The hotel staff didn't mention fee during check in.

Huge room. Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to change rooms to accommodate our young children. Our children enjoyed the pool. Great location within dining, shopping

My only complaint is that our neighbors were VERY noisy in the middle of the night, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Amenities, atmosphere, and modern decor.

The bed was fairly uncomfortable and unfortunately the walls were fairly thin. We could easily hear people talking at a normal volume down the hall from our room, as well as hear the TV in the room next to ours. For the price of this hotel, Not worth it.

The hotel was clean and contemporary. I really liked the bright decor. The bar provided an atmosphere that encouraged group activities with a pool table, oversized connect four and several board games. They were also located in a great area.

Stark Modern look. I was placed in a room on the 3rd floor overlooking Frat row at NCSU. Party time. The hotel was only 37% occupied!Bedside tables tiny.The bed was uncomfortable, the wall unit heat/air conditioner was difficult to regulate. Cold air!

Awesome modern rooms and hotel. Happening bar, on campus location with nice views.
