  • The front staff
  • The amenities were the best part! A restaurant in the building and a coffee shop in the building was a great asset!
  • Very comfortable bed!

Cons -

  • It was dirty in our room and elevators. No ice on each floor. Breakfast options poor for the cost
  • The rooms weren't really all that nice! The wallpaper was pealing off the wall the airline conditioner never actually chilled the room like we like it and the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so a hot shower leaves the room grossly humid!!
  • The room was not cleaned. It was available for cleaning all day, but nobody showed up. Finally, at 4:30, the cleaning staff knocked. I told them we needed 30 min because we were getting ready to go to a wedding. They said they could not wait.

Very comfortable bed!
The room was not cleaned. It was available for cleaning all day, but nobody showed up. Finally, at 4:30, the cleaning staff knocked. I told them we needed 30 min because we were getting ready to go to a wedding. They said they could not wait.

The staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. Went to get ice and realized that there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Contacted the reception desk and they had some sent up about 15 minutes later. There is a Starbucks at the hotel!
There was hair left on the shower floor which is always cringing in any hotel but other than that, the room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely visit again considering this was a lifesaver in the mist of an Airbnb experience gone wrong
