- It was close to a lot of stuff
- Downtown. Clean. Affordable.
- Good room maintenance. Nice room.
Cons -
- The noise level coming from the nsnds at yhe bars around wss really bad. On Saturday night the bar that eas outside our window played loud misic until three oclocke in the morning. When we mentioned it to the clerk when checking out, he said thats the way
- Tub did not drain well. Sink extremely slow.
- The TV was a little hard to figure out. The first day I was there they had scrambled eggs...real scrambled eggs...and bacon for breakfast. It was great. It went downhill from there. Those fold-over omelettes just aren't all that great.

Friendliness and interactiveness of front desk staff. Themed give-aways I.e. National Apple Day, National Nut Day Pumpkin Decorating contest amongst the staff (customers voted) Walking distance to Neer Garden, Morgan Street Food Hall and Mellow Mushroom
Location next to active train tracks on one side Next to loud music that ran late into the evening at adjacent bars
Location is great if downtown is the target
Loud at night, especially weekends. But staff made that clear upon check-in. Not hotels fault, there are several outdoor bars and restaurants nearby.
I love the convenience being on the glenwood south strip with all the different bars and restaurants.
The breakfast options was not that great as much as it cost with that they definitely need to do better and Also the elevator was slow.
It was a decent place, clean but that's about it.
For starters check in wasat 3pm but didn't get checked in till around 4pm. Several people were sitting in the lobby just waiting to get checked in. Place was very loud cuz of all the surrounding bars.
Friendly staff, great breakfast offerings, warm indoor pool and good sized workout area. Also very walkable downtown area.
They warn you that it gets loud on the weekends because it¿s right by all the entertainment district bars. They do provide ear plugs. It really wasn¿t a problem until Friday night. So many pedestrians you can hardly ge to the hotel by car.
The hotel was right across from the club we partied at, that was a huge plus
A little more space in the Queen rooms would be great for the price we paid for the stay
Noise. Noise level in room from 9 to 2am was unacceptable. Very loud. This was not noted on website. Totally unacceptable.

Location was great for the party we were attending
The loud thumping techno music coming from bars next to hotel. The entire hotel was thumping. We left the room and drove home at 1:00AM and would like a refund. It was horrible and ruined what would have been a great staycation weekend.
The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the walkability around downtown Raleigh, which the location affords.
Unfortunately this hotel has a major COVID related problem right now. The club next door has an outside tent which blares music on weekends until 2AM. If you are unlucky enough to end up in a room on that side of the property, don't expect to sleep.
The location was very convenient for me. Having in and out parking structure across the street was nice.
The front desk staff was not very friendly.o
The location was perfect. So close to food and fun as well as the train station. Also having the ability to get into the weight room and pool was great.
This hotel had everything¿. It was super clean, comfortable and the breakfast options were above and beyond. The gym was up to date with good machines and the outdoor patio was nice for morning coffee. Every front desk concierge was sweet and helpful.
Parking was $10. Not a problem but across the street.
There was a woman working the front desk during our stay, make sure to let her know that she¿s great at her job! Friendly, and lots of personality. She was there evening shift and day shift. 6/24-25
We arrived and were told by staff ¿hope you didn¿t come here to sleep¿ due to the location in relation to the party spots. I would expect a message to pop up online, before I committed to booking the stay that notified me of that.
The hotel staff was amazing. Id like to give a big kudos to specifically. His attitude and smile were infectious! Thank you for a great "mom's weekend".
Probably just a Covid precaution but there were no information cards in our room. No tv channels/restaurant guides/attractions in the area etc. The front desk was helpful but I didn't want to bother them everytime I had a basic question.
The staff were amazing! The pool is small, but perfect for young children. The location is walkable to all sorts of restaurants and bars.
The wall unit for the heat/ac was noisy. The mini fridge in our room was also very loud and hummed consistently.
The location and area, even the parking with in a great location - close by. And the amenities - indoor pool, breakfast, outdoor sitting area.
