The rooms were quiet and the location was great

For over $---/night you would think they would have a microwave in the room! Instead we called and they said they had no microwaves on the premises and we went down later that night and they let us use a microwave they had in the back.

Location is great

Parking is terrible, there should be a way to have someone let you in to the garage prior to check in, in the evening of rain or extreme weather.

The breakfast was extra and I had no problem paying. However the seating options were very limited. Adding a few (3) 2 seaters would make it more reasonable, as sitting alone at a 4-top felt too much.

The day and night staff couldn't be more different. The day receptionist made my family feel uncomfortable and looked down upon for even staying. The night receptionist was far more respectful and had no problems.

Location

Very noisy, lack of any sound proofing- much noisier than the average hotel room (both street noise and hallway/ adjacent roomsI paid in full on this site. I pointed this out at check in and it was acknowledged, however my held credit card was charged in full at the location at checkout. I called later that day of checkout to bring this to their attention and was told it would be credited back should show up on my card in 2-3 business days. It did not and I called again two more times - both times the desk staff acknowledged that there was a double payment and that their manager would fix it. After about 3 weeks of no communication or return of funds, I submitted a dispute through my credit card company. The funds were then promptly refunded. Bringing this up once, with correction of the error, would have been an accident and is understandable. Bringing it up four times with complete lack of follow through on the part of hotel management is disregard for guests at best , or possibly intentional fraud.

Parking. You should allow parking before going inside to confirm your room. This seemed to be the biggest thing for everyone. Especially if you come from the opposite direction and there is no available parking before you go inside.

The front desk staff was wonderful! They were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and went out of their way to find a Korean BBQ place. Brandon was lovely!The breakfast was out of this world! So many options and a lovely roof top setting.The bar was great too. We had a good nights sleep and wish we could have stayed longer.

Room service was quick and amazing we ordered towels and sheet and they were delivered almost immediately.

Parking and breakfast were an extra charge. Parking was $19 self park per night or $29 valet parking per night. Breakfast was not included it was $17 per person. For how nice the hotel it parking and breakfast should be included in overall price.

Super location. There are coffee shops and restaurants close enough to walk. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was expensive and the room was okay. In our room there was wallpaper peeling off of the walls. It just didn't seem like the room reflex the expensive price tags

The breakfast had one of the best spreads I've seen in many hotels. Wide variety and good quality. The beds were very comfortable and soundproof. We would definitely stay there again for other downtown Raleigh events.

N/A I have no recommendations for improvement and in the last 10 weeks, I've stayed in 7 hotels. This location is perfect and worth the price paid.

Great location. Very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

You could hear the train regularly being near the tracks. It’s on the edge of the nightlife so you may hear the bar next door or the loud cars.

NOT THAT WAS A BIG DEAL BUT WIFE HAD 4 PIECES OF MELON A HARD BOILED EGG AND CUP OF TEA THERE WAS NOTHING STATING THAT BREAKFAST WAS EXTRA SHE CAME WITH ME AND DONT THINK THAT WAS WORTH 16 DOLLARS SHOULD HAVE SIGNS POSTED ABOUT PRICE NOTHING ON WEB SITE OR IN ROOMS OR AT BUFFET

I liked the location, the hotel was very clean and the amenities were nice. I thought breakfast was included in the price however, it wasn't.

Excellent location! Very convenient to downtown. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large and well-stocked, includes a lot of small touches like q-tips and shoe cleaner.
