    Pros +

    • The cleanliness was a relief. Being close to the express way is a plus, too.
    • Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms
    • The stay was awesome and the staff was great

    Cons -

    • It was an unpleasant surprise to be charged a $50 facilities fee - which I understand will be refunded. It hasn’t shown up yet, but I’m thinking it’s too soon.
    • The breakfast was ridiculously priced at 15.99 per person when I could have gotten the same meal for much less or stayed in the Hampton down the street and got it included with my stay.
    • Just the price for the breakfast was a little expensive for the choices no waffles or grits and I noticed there was a waffle maker there wasn?t out to use

It was my daughter's 12th birthday and I brought 5 girls to have a pool party but the pool was closed. Then I could not turn on the TV and it took them an hour to come with a new remote. Lastly, the toilet would not flush and they never came to fix it.

    Nice and clean

was told breakfast was 6-10, got there at 9:50 and they said it was only until 9. Message in room said they'd clean every 3rd day. We were there 4 and never had the room cleaned, replaced towels, coffee, etc. Front desk said we had to ask for that.

    Location close to my daughter

I sent a review before this hotel was a big let down. Staff lazy and uncaring. Ask for my room to be clean two days in a row and never happened.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-19-2021

It was close to work and many restaurants.

Stayed three nights, didn't clean our rooms or bring fresh towels. Wasn't a big deal not cleaning room but at least bring clean towels.Got the lame excuse about covid when calling front desk.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-25-2020

Check out time and location. I was able to get to the places I needed to go with no issues.

Hotel was great. Asked to be moved due to guest next door playing loud music. The front desk rep was very helpful with that and did move me.. He did come up to investigate but of course by the time he came up it stopped then once he left it started back.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-19-2020

    Kiddy was welcoming.

Breakfast not included. Instead we had to order in the cafe and spend $25 for what I had usually free in other hotels. Also: cleaning staff departs at 2:00PM. Our room was not cleaned the second day even though the maid was in the room next door at 2:0

The gentleman that checked us in on Saturday afternoon was very friendly and helpful. EXACTLY what you want in your front desk staff. The woman the checked us out was snotty and short. I am glad she was not our first impression.

When I booked my search criteria was FREE breakfast - they did NOT offer a FREE breakfast. It was $9.95 per person. I would NOT have stayed here for that reason alone.

Location, close to everything. It was tuckedcaway from the busy street

The person qt the front desk on the day checked out had a bit of an attitude

    Hard to get to

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-4-2017

The staff was very hospitable and friendly; adding an additional night was a very simple and easy process and the location of the hotel was excellent with a lot around it.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-29-2016

The staff and room was excellent.

There was construction and it was hard to see where to go since it was n if nighttime.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-27-2016

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was really good also. The location of the hotel was great because it's close to all the stores and restaurants.

My biggest thing I did not like was the young staff working there. They have no clue about anything. When you ask them a question they each give you different answers. Very frustrating. Eventually I asked to speak to a manager about my problems .

    10TanyaPosted on: 3-8-2016

The waiter that I had for breakfast was awesome! And it was peaceful in my room.

The television is small, I think that your hotel is too nice to have such a small television in the rooms

    10AlexisPosted on: 1-24-2016

Staff was very friendly and even during the chaos of the big storm coming to the Carolina's they were very calm and very courteous. I had to cancel my last day there due to all flights being canceled and they made sure I was taken care of.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-18-2015

Everything was very comfortable, very clean and welcoming. It was just modern enough to feel new but not so modern it felt cold. It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown Raleigh and right next to a big mall and plenty of restaurants.

I liked everything about the hotel. The only thing I could think of is if someone wanted to be closer to the city but it was a bout a 20 minute drive so that wasn't to bad at all.

Very clean, well maintained and friendly staff

Access is little difficult from main road
