The location was close to other things I wanted to do

Absolutely not worth the price at all.The pillows were dirty and makeup covered. There's no microwave or fridge which can be found at even your most basic hotel, just a cooler to keep your items fresh.Told us room service was available but it wasn't

The location!!! This hotel is surrounded by lots of great shops and great places to eat.

This hotel is just OK could use a remodel

    Cleanliness, great location, friendly staff

More security for entry/exit into elevators. Would¿ve appreciated needing to swipe room key to access elevators.

Clean & location. Many restaurants 1 or 2 blocks away.

With the mask on it was hard to understand what the lady was saying. They had a small convenience store in the hotel that we didn't find until we were checking out. Things are a little different with the Covid restrictions & I understand that.

    Covid 19 measures are exceptional

Restaurant /bar only opened for 3 hours, even on the weekends which ends up being a little annoying. Only 4 dinner items, one person works the bar and as 9 pm strikes you have to get out of the dining area. Severely under staffed in the kitchen, bar etc.

I had planned to stay at the Embassy for 2 nights, but when I saw the sign that said Wake County Republican Conference I no longer felt safe at this hotel as it immediately gave me the feeling that hotel was hosting a Klan rally.I cancelled my second night

    Location was excellent

I booked a king suite and was given a double Queen, there was no indication that the jacuzzi and pool or under construction, there were long brown hairs on the floor and on the clean towels

Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, I love the silky bed linens, covers and pillows.. I love the shower with multiple shower jets, water pressure it's awesome, comes with Bathroom TV mirror, that's nice feature but didn't really used it. Overall .

The renaissance is one of my favorite hotels in Raleigh however for the price, I wished they had sauna and massage services. And for the walls to be more sound proof too.. Overall was a quick pleasant stay.

The staff was very nice and super accommodating, really enjoyed dealing with the people there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The only advice to other travelers that I would offer is you do not want to be on the even side of the 3rd floor as it is a view of the lower roof top and air vents.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and great location

It was conveniently located. It was walking distance from several fabulous restaurants and shopping center and a small play area for children. Close to downtown. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. The room had a refrigerator.

There was no bath tub in the room.
