Where to start, no tissues, I had to go to the Target to purchase some along with a bar of soap. Pool heater was broken so not useful unless you wanted to reenact the Titanic sinking. A/C was directed at the bed closest to the window & no redirection

Staff did all they could and were excellent and apologetic for the hotel condition itself. Cost was as stated, breakfast was good and as promised.
