It smelled like mildew when asked they just have me an air freshener they also would not refund I accidentally reserved 2 for the same day

I specifically book a room with roll in shower due to recent surgery. I even called ahead to ensure there was a shower bench in the room. When I checked in, I was told that room wasn’t available. Not cool.

I thought I was booking direct only to not only get a booking charge but also a second booking got 2 days later

It was super clean with very friendly staff. One of the better hot breakfasts I've had. The normal eggs and waffles, but they had cheese and salsa along with croissant sandwiches and sausage biscuits you could microwave.

Noisey. You could easily hear people in the hall and doors closing. My room was close to the door leading into the main area.

It is easy to see from the highway, but the entrance is a little tricky.

The luggage carts were terrible. The breakfast was mediocre. The rooms were smaller than usual.

From check in to check out, we were very happy with this hotel. The staff could not have been nicer, the bedding was fresh, comfy and white. Breakfast was able to accommodate just about all dietary needs.

Noisy neighbors, but this was not the hotels fault.

Hotel in certain areas needs updating. You can tell they did a major upgrade at one point. To me they missed a few areas. I have an eye for this as I used to work in the hotel industry. Many wouldn't notice.

No housekeeping Breakfast sign said till 10am. Marked out then wrote till 9am. I reduced to a “grab and go breakfast. THe hrs should of stayed till 10. No staff anywhere.

Room and bedding were nice.

The breakfast was limited due to COVID-19, but the problem was it was cleaned up by the time I got there after 9. My biggest complaint was with less than 20 guests in the whole place, they had us all together on the same floor next to each other.

Room had a slight musty smell but was clean and was on the smaller side for a Marriott. Also could hear a little more noise than average from hallways and outside highway noise Did not interrupt sleep though
