Hampton Inn & Suites Mooresville/Lake Norman

Affordable, decent location and relatively clean.

At check in the individual checking me in was rather abrupt and frankly disinterested. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. Not a very welcoming environment.

Location and the room being a suite, like the ceiling fan.

It was not the most up to date room and not the cleanest. Toilet seat was the right seat for the toilet no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture was old and stained. The cost was pretty high considering

Front desk had one very welcoming woman and one rude and difficult woman. Bathroom was outdated. Shower had no water pressure. Sink was little more than a drip of water. How water never came to sink. Room had a musty smell.

Lobby was clean

Dirty green pool,pool furniture ripped and dirty very old, ants in room, toilets overflowing, changing rooms 3 times. Price was high for this 1star

Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice staff.

Great location, close to the highway & access roads and loved how well lit the hallways were and that a sticker was on our door showing it had been cleaned thoroughly. We also loved the hand written note from the young lady who cleaned the room.

Afraid we were not notified upon check in that the rooms were not being cleaned unless requested.(COVID) We were notified when we inquired the next day realizing our room had not be attended to when we were out (We were out of TP etc)

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great with every interaction. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had from a hotel.

Hotel breakfast choice was limited and not enough seating to go around the hotel WiFi was advertised as free but service was not very good of course they offered an upgrade for a fee

Bathroom to small. Beds were not Queen size.

Hotel as boater friendly and had ample outlets to charge my boat batteries
