Candlewood Suites Mooresville/Lake NormanNC By IHG

Friendly staff and clean. Stayed in room with 2 queen beds. Slept comfortably.

Clean and easy to get to and very quiet.

Nothing. I left right after I checked in.

There were dogs barking everywhere, the room smelled like animals.

I was surprised by the mini kitchen, Full size frig and microwave. It would be good for a long term stay. We were therre for one nignt

Full size fridge/freezer

The entry from the road was convenient from one direction, but impossible from the opposite direction.

Rooms feel more like little studio apartments and the staff is exceptional!

Wish the pool stayed open a little bit later

The hotel needs to do a better job in a couple areas. In our room the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. In the workout area, the water fountain did not work. In the downstairs men's bathroom someone threw up and it needs to be checked on a regular bas

Very clean. Sheets fresh clean smell. Staff super nice.

Room was very spacious and the bathtub was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel.

It was hard to see from the road because of the way it is tucked back from the riad, we missed it and had to turn around to get to it.

Clean room

Noisy, water never got hot

Great staff and clean

Check in credit card hold

Love the nice size of room

Yall need to put a bigger sign outside on road so people can see hotel,we passed by it twice.

This hotel was horrific. Worst I¿ve ever been in . It was completely filthy. I even asked to switch rooms and other rooms just as filthy . Left after about an hour 1/2 to go to diff hotel

Filth and have a ton of pictures . I wish I could upload them

everyone was friendly,it was quiet easy in and out. we would come back again.

The lock on the door to the pool did not work the morning before check out and my little one was disappointed she could not swim before we left. The night before though they had a lot of fun. Disappointed there was no breakfast too.

The location

The outdated decor, old carpet, old furniture pieces, and overall feel of dirtiness. It's in need of major updating or total renovation. The queen bed is too close to the window.

Room space

Bathroom was not cleaned very well. Stains on bed sheets

When I made my reservation I didn¿t know what to expect. This hotel exceeded my expectations and was probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. The rooms were clean and spacious, including a kitchenette. I will definitely stay there again.

Price was good

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner - left over dirty glass, hair in the tube...

Location and the kitchen was great.

The soap was low in the shower when we got there. Probably should have checked that before we got it, but they sent us a new bottle immediately when I let them know.
