On third day had to call front desk at 4:00 pm to get room serviced. Had not had waste cans emptied, towels, bed sheets, nothing. I understand every other day, but not every 4th day.

Location and the room set up with kitchenette.

Our room was on 3rd floor and we heard a racket most of the night-loud thumping sounded like running. Husband called front desk and about 15 min. later noise lessened, but started back up early morning. First time we have ever made a noise complaint.

The front desk employee mocked my last name White same receptionist I had as last time and she decided to make a mockery of it again. I will never go again.

The staff was very friendly and we loved the big rooms. Great for the family of 5!

Exceptionally clean, wonderful room with small kitchen. Comfortable sofa for relaxing while watching tv. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. Easy walk to neighborhood restaurants.

Breakfast could have been better. We did not like that people bring their dogs since it impacts cleanliness.

We were very happy with one particular staff member. She was so very pleasant and helpful. Went out of her way to fill any requests we had. She had a beautiful smile and positive attitude!! The room was very clean and comfortable

Did not like that there was no stove in the kitchnette. Would have been better than just using a microwave. We understand that it might be a fire hazard...but the previous place we stayed at for five nights had an electric stove.

The was a roach in our hotel room and took a video of and it was right by my son and I showed the hotel staff to speak with a manager and the manager never came out to handle the situation or even gives us a call back to apologize or anything.

Yes alot wrong I booked for 3adults, 3nights room wasn't stocked at all called front desk for towels was informed we don't have maid service I will have to stop by front desk to get them Also I had to take my own trash, get trash liners toilet paper towel

The staff were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and well put together. The location of the hotel is perfect for restaurants, gas, and easily getting back on the interstate. It was overall a very clean hotel.

We stayed here twice on our trip and had the same room both times. The shower gel was empty both times. Hairs found on wash rag and in shower. Feet black from the carpet. Repairs to room poorly done. Little things that add up and affect the experience.

Room was not that clean. Mirror and front of dishwasher were dirty. Didn¿t smell clean and the pool was closed in July!

The shampoo and mody wash were empty. Asked at desk and was given some shampoo but body wash was never filled

Great location and good extra's. My room could have been wiped down. The floors and counter tops were more dusty than dirty.

The bed was comfy and it’s an animal friendly hotel.

It was very clean and everyone was super nice and friendly ? Will definitely stay there when I go back to see my family.
