We stay here often and this time we were given a room that still had garbage in the cans and a dirty floor

The hotel staff member that checked us in was wonderful as well as the night clerk and bar tender! They were kind, friendly, happy and the customer service was just perfect!!

The hotel is beautiful, I was very pleased with my stay!

Location right off 77. Reviews said no hot water but we had plenty.

My wife complained about bathroom lighting. Not enough.

Modern styling and amenities

Hot water took extremely long to heat up. Also the motel style AC units weren¿t all that nice and loud.

Convenience and price

Did not like that there is no door to separate shower - lack of privacy which is needed when traveling with teens

Not really

Pulled into 7 police cars and guy in handcuffs being led thru lobby. Noisy air vents w no control in room. NO water pressure in shower. 1140pm fire alarm. Weird comment from desk guy in morning about 'lucky your still alive'

The modern design. The bartender was awesome.

Room did not have a microwave.

I like that there is no carpeting in the hotel and I like the modern twist.

The sliding bathroom door with my grandkids. But the attendant at the desk gave us a bigger room so it worked out .

Dog friendly, that helped with the ease of our stay!

It was like a night club. I booked this for my 75 year old parents to stay for the weekend while visiting. Horrible experience! There was club music everywhere, even outside. The hallways were REALLY DARK. It was kind of crazy. Not family friendly!

The decoration, cleanliness, staff.

Needed more light in the room for doing makeup. The ac was running all the time. We couldn't find a way to change the temperature or turn it off.

Confusing where to order the breakfast

Amazing host. They answered all of my questions and were so gracious when I needed help.

New and very modern with heated pool.

if stepping out of the shower and someone were to enter the room people in hallway can see person exiting shower. very awkward set up. we also did not get the rooms we requested.

Amazing polite staff and exceptionally clean.

The room was so small we were in top of each other.

Convenience, plenty of parking

It took almost ten minutes for hot water to reach our shower on the 3rd floor. There was a very cool speaker in the room for bluetoothing music but it did not work. Streaming on the tv did not work on our first night. Some areas looked like they needed cleaning and/or attention.
