It is very basic and had animals everywhere.

The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I miss the small bars of soap. All Tru has is hand soap in a container attached to the wall. Fine for hands but not my face. The shower has only shower gel so not for certain parts of the body. Staff refused to give us water even though I’m a HH member.

The gentlemen at the desk that night went above and beyond helping us try to track down a credit card at the restaurant we had just dined at. He was very helpful.

Perfect for a quick stay; limited amenities, but OK with us to get some rest and get back on the road.

No hot water and very poor water pressure. This was reported and I assume addressed.

real bad experience since the time I check in , end up staying two nites due to problems with personal, not clean , they never clean the room , they say they clean the room every two days , and lotsofproblems even to get towels, water allover the floor

Someone used my room before me. Left the bed messed up. Left an orange soda in the garbage can. When I mentioned it to the desk person he said I don't know. Didn't offer to move me or reduce the rate. Very low class operation.

Convenient location, clean.

The AC in our room was louder than normal. They also forgot to give us soap in the shower so we had to use shampoo.

We had to switch rooms because the room was dirty. Rooms are also very small. Honestly wished we went with another hotel.

Nice new hotel. Bathroom has a nice shower stall, much better than a tub.

The hotel was great although it didn't have a restaurant, it had drink and snacks (wide variety) available in the lobby. No pool but really this hotel was perfect for my stay with what it offered.

I chose a room with single bed. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be.

The digital key was a little clunky and wouldn¿t work on back doors but I am guessing will improve with time

The rooms are well keep clean, The staff are wonderfully friendly. Bed is comfortable but pillows are not. The AC works great..

The fact there is no microwave in the room. There¿s refrigerator . You have to down stairs to use the one they have near front desk.

Hotel was not clean at all. Trash was everywhere. Hallways noticably not vacuumed. Floor in my room was same condition. Public area trash cans full for my entire visit.
